The objective of this research was to evaluate the antioxidant capacity and phenolic content of a Jamaica flower-based drink enriched with mulberry and blackberry, for which it was proposed to study two factors: the concentration of Jamaica flower for the infusion and the percentage used of blackberry and mulberry. Treatment 9 made with 5% Jamaica flower and 95% water; 75% mulberry and 25% blackberry and treatment 8 made with 5% Jamaica flower and 95% water; 59% mulberry and 50% blackberry did not differ statistically in the sensory tests, obtaining the highest acceptance by the panel. The sample which is the subject of this research work is the process of amalgamation tailings, from the district of Lomas, department of the Piura. Provided by the miners in the area. The mineralogical characterization of the samples showed the presence of the following minerals: gold, electrum, pyrite, arsenopyrite, hematite, goethite and ganges. Tests were conducted metallurgical concentrator Falcon to different forces of gravity: 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80 G’s, with a particle size of 56.55% - 200 mesh. Metallurgical balances indicate that the best evidence is gathered with 60 G’s, obtaining a concentration of 82.78 g/TC, recovery of 17.76% and 28.55 radio concentration. Esta investigación, se ha ejecutado en un prototipo de madera especialmente diseñado para estudiar la variación de las cargas en función de la altura cargada, registrada en una balanza ubicada debajo del prototipo, con el fin de estudiar la relación de la granulometría, con su gravedad específica y su contenido de humedad. Con este método, en el campo frente a las rocas colapsadas de un túnel, se podrán calcular las estructuras de soporte, utilizando el material pertinente y adecuado para que resista durante el tiempo que transcurra la accesibilidad al área de explotación. Si su aplicación se generaliza, su alcance podría ampliarse y revolucionar el estudio de la mecánica de rocas orientado a la minería subterránea, por la sencillez de su aplicación, abriendo un nuevo capítulo en el estudio de la mecánica de las rocas granuladas.
