According some experiences, we could appreciate that the software developing process by using the cascade life cycle it is inappropriate for small and medium scale software. The software development for education implies the engineers and teachers collaboration. This paper presents a software development approach focused on and prototype and evolutive software. The development of educative software is oriented to articulate between the developer and teacher, where the language and culture are respected and use the Information and Communication Technologies. The proposal was evaluated by secondary level teachers of Abancay City and Apurímac Department where the 79% of them accept and gives their conformity to the proposal.

HITO is a compiler designed for teaching programming logic. It consists on 3 modules. The first one compiles algorithms in pseudo code. The language was defined using BNF notation without checking possible errors by syntactic and semantic analyzers. The second one allows you to translate the pseudo code to C++ programming languages, Java and C#. The third one allows you to draw primitive’s graphics. The software was developed with XP methodology. System and usability unitary test were performed. The results of the evaluation regarding the syntax of the algorithms were "Strongly agree" and "agree" valuation given for 9 experts. It was a descriptive level research with application type.

Modern research shows that the interactive whiteboard is an educational tool for teachers and students, however the high cost have not been acquired in educational institutions. This article shows how to perform a whiteboard with low cost using the Nintendo Wii Remote (idea of Johnny Lee) and infrared light pencil. So it was also determined that the level of satisfaction of using PDI by users is "satisfactory", this test was performed in Abancay, Perú.

La Realidad Aumentada en los últimos años está logrando un protagonismo cada vez más transcendental en diversas áreas de conocimiento. Una tecnología o solución a la Lectura Aumentada fue considerada un tema de investigación según la Sociedad de Informática del IEEE en 2014. El objetivo de esta investigación fue integrar la Realidad Aumentada a través de la lectura de los niños, con la Lectura Aumentada - una coexistencia entre lo virtual y lo físico. Se aplicó a 55 estudiantes de primer grado en dos instituciones educativas de las mismas características; el distrito de Juliaca en la región de Puno y el distrito de Abancay en la región de Apurímac en el año 2019 en el Perú. The research is based on the development of Application Software for the Location of Information of the members of the Association of Engineers of Peru - Departmental Council of Apurímac - Abancay. The type of research was quasi experimental design, using methodology the XP , php programming language, mysql, framework mvc laravel for software development. The sample was 75, where the results of the objectives were the following: the information location time was optimized at 71.5%, the quality of attention was improved since 100% of users rated as excellent, 73.3% Of colleagues, they qualify as good and 55.5% improved the reporting time. Concluding that the software The Software significantly contributes to the information location of the colleague in the Association of Engineers of Peru - Apurímac Departmental Council - Abancay.

This article, refers to the research carried out at the National University Micaela Bastidas (UNAMBA), whose specific objectives were: To determine in a first stage of learning the proportion of accuracy of a classical architecture of Convolutionary Neural Network (CNN) in the identification of UNAMBA peoples, to determine in a second stage the proportion of precision in a modern architecture of RNC and finally compare the first stage with the second, to find the highest proportion. The training was given with a quantity of 242 people. Therefore, 27,996 images had to be generated through the technique of Video Scraping and data augmentation, which were divided into 19,700 images for training and 8,296 for the validation. The electricity company Electro Sur Este in the department of Apurímac has a program called Customer Service Quality Satisfaction Index (ISCAL), whose purpose is to carry out social responsibility activities towards its customers and the population, it does not have a mechanism to control and organize the information of the different activities; Therefore, a web application was developed in C # programming language, TypeScript, JavaScript Sql Server and the cloud installation environment under XP methodology. The pre-experimental design, hypothetical deductive method, having as results that "SISCAL" globally improved the control of activities by 70% with a sample of 4036 activities. And the evaluation of usability and functionality is at the good level.

This research has the purpose of modeling in 3D of the Colonial Temple of Chuquinga, to prove the rendering time in mobile devices, the investigation is applied, with an explanatory level and an experimental design where the rendering time with the frequency was evaluated of images (FPS, obtaining the frequency of images (FPS), the average is 52.29 FPS, highlighting the most influential GPU, that is, increases the frequency of images (FPS) when the central clock is greater than 500 Mhz in all mobile devices that have an optimum level, while in basic level devices when GPM Mhz decreases, the frequency of images (FPS) decreases, however, it does not cause distortion in animations and textures. Requirements tracking has been identified as a key issue affecting the success rate of projects in software development organizations. Communication and monitoring requirements is a difficult task for members of a software project, especially for the team leader. Many practices for the monitoring of requirements are disregarded is reason to not be successful with the project. This paper shows the results of the software prototype, developed to track requirements based on agile practices. The proposal was evaluated by software developers, where the average time to verify the information by SMS of the requirement is 9.5 seconds, which is totally acceptable.
