Objetivo: Fue determinar el Coaching Educativo y las dificultades que existen a la aplicación de las Habilidades Blandas en el desempeño de los docentes. La Metodología: Fue de tipo aplicada enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, transversal, correlacional causal; con una muestra de 123 docentes universitarios evaluados a través del cuestionario Google form, para las tres variables Coaching Educativo, habilidades Blandas y desempeño docente. Resultados: El 71,5% de los docentes presentaron un moderado Coaching educativo, el 82,1% altas habilidades blandas, y el 66,7% nivel regular en el desempeño docentes, del p valor de 0,005 se aplicó regresión ordinal.
