El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la contribución del uso de la implementación de una plataforma virtual en el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional José María Arguedas; capacitar a maestros en manejar el sistema, utilizando las herramientas que ofrece la plataforma Moodle; en primer lugar, se procedió a realizar los respectivos manuales correspondientes a la instalación, configuración y administración de Moodle bajo los sistemas operativos: Windows y Linux. Luego se procedió al diseño y creación de los cursos, para ello se elaboraron materiales que faciliten la manipulación de las herramientas que dispone la Plataforma Virtual.
