La investigación determinó la relación existente entre el plan de estudios y las competencias del egresado de Ingeniería Agroecológica y Desarrollo Rural de la Universidad Nacional Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac, 2023. Fue de tipo descriptivo con un diseño no experimental, descriptiva correlación y transversal. La técnica fue la encuesta y el cuestionario el instrumento utilizado, aplicado a una muestra representativa de egresados. Utilizando la estadística descriptiva se obtuvo los resultados en la variable plan de estudios, el 55,29% de los encuestados considera estar en el nivel proceso, el 31,76% en el nivel inicio y el 12,94% en el nivel logrado.
