Jerusalem has been attracting believers of the three great monotheistic religions for centuries. It has been erected over the time as the most sacred city for a large percentage of the world's population. It is currently attracting hundreds of thousands of international tourists whose main motivation is religious tourism and the visit of sacred places. La presente investigación es “Implementación de la metodología 5’S para mejorar la productividad en el área de facturación de la empresa ALICORP SAA, Huachipa, 2021”, el cual tiene como principal objetivo implementar la metodología 5s para mejorar la productividad en el área de facturación administrativa de la empresa ALICORP SAA Huachipa, 2021 debido a los problemas que presentan, como el exceso de basura, desorden y desorganización, causando la baja productividad del área de facturación.
