El embarazo heterotópico es infrecuente. Se presenta el primer caso reportado en el Instituto Nacional materno Perinatal de Lima, de embarazo heterópico tratado con la técnica de inyección local intrasacular con cloruro de potasio (KCl) del embarazo extrauterino ubicado en la cicatriz de cesárea preservando la viabilidad del embrión intrauterino.

Objetivo: Determinar las características clínicas de la infección vulvovaginal por Candida albicans (CVV) en mujeres en edad reproductiva.  Materiales y métodos: Investigación observacional, descriptiva, retrospectiva y transversal. Se incluyó una muestra de 120 mujeres con diagnóstico de infección vulvovaginal por Candida Albicans atendidas en consulta externa en el Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal periodo 2018. Resultados: La prevalencia de infección vulvovaginal por Candida albicans fue 28%. Las características sociodemográficas fueron, edad mediana con 53,3%, estado civil conviviente 39,2%, instrucción superior 49,2% y ama de casa 53,3%. The aim of this paper is to present the first reported case in the INMP of placenta accreta managed conservatively and a critical review of the literature. The placenta accreta is a condition that involves a significant morbidity from obstetric view, which traditionally has been managed with hysterectomy. However, in recent years increasingly more cases reported conservative management, with encouraging results from the viewpoint of reproduction.
