El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la influencia del acompañamiento pedagógico en el desarrollo profesional docente de los profesores de secundaria de una institución educativa de la ciudad de Cusco. En lo metodológico, se optó por el enfoque cuantitativo, del tipo aplicado, nivel explicativo y diseño no experimental de corte transeccional. La población la conformaron 66 profesores, con una muestra de 57 sujetos. Para recoger los datos empíricos se utilizaron dos encuestas de diseño propio y debidamente validadas.
