Se hace un comentario en relación a la baja productividad científica en los centros de formación universitaria, motivado por una norma de 1991 otorga el bachillerato automático. Ante esta situación, el 10 de agosto de 2009, el directorio del Consejo de Evaluación, Acreditación y Certificación de la Calidad de la Educación Superior Universitaria (CONEAU), aprobó el modelo de calidad para la acreditación de la carrera profesional universitaria de Medicina que consta de tres dimensiones, nueve factores, 16 criterios y 98 estándares.

Aló CMP ha permitido la continuidad de la atención y prestación de servicios del CMP hacia la comunidad médica en tiempos tan complejos a causa de la pandemia COVID-19, y salvaguardar la salud de los trabajadores de la institución al evitar transportarse, acercarse y exponerse a posibles contagios, así como el subsecuente ahorro de costos y mejora en la productividad; mantener las relaciones laborales, fortalecer la confianza y consolidarse como canal oficial de comunicación.

La ponencia mostro diversos mecanismos y herramientas de Inclusión digital, las cuales permitirán que todas las personas puedan contribuir y beneficiarse de la sociedad digital, utilizando las tecnologías de la información y comunicación, y, sobre todo mejorar la gestión del sistema de salud en relación a los pacientes y la atención oportuna en sus diferentes niveles.

Medline es una base de datos muy importante, que cuenta con una herramienta desarrollada por el Centro Nacional de Información Biotecnológica de la Biblioteca Nacional de Medicina de Estados Unidos que nos permite a través de Pubmed el acceso a aproximadamente 34 millones de referencias bibliográficas a la fecha, más de 5 mil revistas biomédicas publicados en más de 70 países.

En esta ponencia se darán a conocer las herramientas digitales para la investigación en salud, mostrando los recursos con los que cuenta el Seguro Social de Salud y otras instituciones que ofrecen herramientas que nos permiten hacer investigación en salud.

Peru has experienced a sustained increase in migratory flows and asylum applications since 2017, requiring adaptations in the health system’s responses to guarantee the right to health without discrimination. This article reviews the evolution of the national and international regulatory framework applicable to the care of migrants and refugees in the country, identifies persistent gaps in effective access (irregular migration status; economic, administrative, cultural, and discrimination-related barriers), and analyzes the enabling role of digital health in delivering inclusive care. Digital literacy represents a key challenge in closing the gaps in access to and use of technologies among Amazonian Indigenous, Andean, and Afro-Peruvian populations in Peru. This article analyzes the evolution of access to and use of digital technologies within these groups using data from the National Household Survey (ENAHO) between 2019 and 2024. Significant progress is evident, such as the increase in internet use and the expansion of mobile telephony; however, challenges to digital inclusion persist, linked to geographic, socioeconomic, cultural, and linguistic factors. The main initiatives implemented by the Peruvian State to promote more equitable access to information and public services are also reviewed. Objetive: To describe features, preferences, and proposals from physicians that are preparing themselves to take the 2011 National Medical Residency Examination in Peru.   Material and ethods: This is a descriptive study, considering a referential population including 4328 candidates, according to the 2010 National Medical Residency Examination. The Epidat 3.1 statistical software was used, with a 95% confidence limit, and a 5% precision value, and the simple size was established in 353 physicians. A self-applicable and previously validated questionnaire was previously used as a pilot in 20 candidates.   Results: Of the 416 surveyed physicians (median age, 27 years), most of them come from provinces outside Lime (52.6%). Objectives: To know the features of medicine internship in the main hospitals directed by the Ministry of Health (MINSA) and Peruvian Social Security (EsSalud) in La Libertad, Trujillo.   Material and Method: We performed a cross sectional study in a sample of 80 internal medicine Hospital Trujillo - La Libertad during the months of July-August 2010, using as the survey study "Characteristics of Medicine Internship in Peru, 2010 ". Descriptive statistics with absolute and relative frequencies.   Results: Eighty medicine interns were interviewed, 61,2% (49) were male and 38.8 (31) were female, and their ages were between 23 and 27 years. The registration of the ethnic variable in health information systems is a key tool for making Indigenous, Native, and Afro-descendant populations visible and for ensuring culturally appropriate healthcare. This study analyzes the progress made in recording this variable in the Peruvian Health Information System (HIS MINSA) between 2019 and 2025. Sustained increases are observed both in the number of individuals served and in the number of services provided with recorded ethnic data. Additionally, the Peruvian case is contextualized within the Latin American framework, highlighting regional advances, challenges, and good practices. The article discusses the implemented strategies, improvement factors, and remaining challenges to strengthen health equity in historically excluded populations.
