El objetivo de la investigación ha sido determinar la relación que existe entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores nombrados de la UNAC. En ese sentido, se ha aplicado un cuestionario a 101 trabajadores para conocer su percepción sobre dichas variables. Una vez diligenciados los cuestionarios, organizamos una base de datos en el software SPSS Versión 25, lo cual nos permitió describir su comportamiento e inferir si existía una relación significativa entre las variables o eran independientes, para lo cual se utilizó la prueba chi cuadrado, dado el carácter cualitativo de las variables y el alto número de datos. The objective of the research was to determine the impact of public investment on economic growth in the Lima Region 2007-2021. The research is explanatory, indicating that it not only describes different scenarios, but also establishes a link between them. The research design is non-experimental and longitudinal. The method used was the statistical method that consists of collecting data, organizing it, presenting it, describing it and, in this case, making inferences about the results. The objective of the research has been to determine the relationship between the quality of the municipal service and the satisfaction of the citizens of Piura 2021. To meet this objective, we collected data using the survey technique and, as an instrument, the questionnaire, which we applied to a random sample of 384 citizens. Once the data was collected, we created a database using SPSS Version 25, from which we described the variables (descriptive statistics) and the corresponding hypothesis tests (inferential statistics). The main conclusion we have reached, with the investigation, has been that there is a significant relationship between the quality of the municipal service and the satisfaction of the citizens of Piura 2021.

La Ley de Wagner propone que el crecimiento del Gasto Público se explica por el crecimiento del PBI. En la medida que existen distintas formas funcionales para estimar dicha relación, hemos tomados las tres primeras versiones de las seis que sintetiza Jaén (2014) para la economía española y las hemos estimado para el caso peruano.
