In the present investigation was determined the chemicals groups predominant in the extract etanolic of leafes of Eupatoriun gayanum Wedd (asmachilca), it was compounds fenolics and flavonoids in more cuantity. lt proved the relaxing effect of the extract etanolic of leafes of Eupatorium gayanum on aislated organs by means of Hazekamp's et al. method to (200l). The extract etanolic of leafes of asmachilca has been demonstrated the relaxing effect of easing on the smooth muscle endotraqueal, that help to explique the anti-asthmatic effect and that should to the high place contained in flavonoids, equally has been observed relaxing activity on the aorta, duodenum and ileon of rates.

This work was carried out with the purpose to isolate and structural chemistry elucidate the flavonoids of the leaf from the Smallanthus sonchifolius and to determine his antioxidant and immunological activity in mice Balb/C. The samples were collected in the department of Ayacucho and were extracted with ethanol 80%, while that fats, waxes, and chlorophyll removed with petroleum ether, the aqueous layer was extracted with ethyl acetate. The flavonoids were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract for thin layer chromatography preparative, using the solvents system BAW (4:1:5) and visualized with ultraviolet light at 366 nm. The flavonoids structure was elucidated by ultraviolet spectroscopic, using the Mabry et al tables. The objective of the present investigation was to identify some secondary metabolites in the hydroalcoholic extract of leaves of Minthostachys mollis (muña), and determine its antioxidant capacity. The plant species was collected in the district of Huamanguilla (3276 masl), province of Huanta, Ayacucho. The extract was prepared with dried powdered leaves of Minthostachys mollis (muña), by hydroalcoholic maceration, with which solubility tests were carried out with solvents of different polarity, as well as the phytochemical march, then some secondary metabolites were separated by layer chromatography fine obtaining 12 fractions which were read to the UV-vis spectrophotometer. A description of the morphological external characteristics of Peperomia scutellaefolia R. et P. and some microscope details and the wound healing effect of vegetal specie Peperomia scutellaefolia R. et P. were evaluated and described in this research using tensiometric methods and the results were corroborated with histological studies in order to observe and analyze the histological evolution in each case. Batch Balb C 53 albine mice with 25g of average weight were used and treated with Carbopol 940 gel s with 5%, 10%, 20% and 30% W /W concentrations of this vegetal extract. Gray "arrayán" is a native specie with anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial virtues and corpse (post mortem tissue) preservative .With the goal of characterizing the chemical composition and determining antioxidant activity of essential oil of L. chequen, it was carried out the present work. The essential oil reports a (1.25 % v /p) performance, (+6 a -8) optical rotation, (0.9044 g/mL) density and a (1.470) refraction index.
