During 2001, the compaction of vertisols, molisols and alfisols were determinated using patterns of punctual krigging of geostatystics and the overlapping technique of GIS-Arcview, based on five physical characteristics: gravimetric soils moisture, bulk density, cone penetration resistance. Additionally the content of organic matter content and texture, were determinated on field and laboratory at two depths: 2,5 cm and a depth between 10 and 30 cm. Durante el 2001, en el Centro Internacional de Agricultura Tropical (CIAT) se estudió la compactación en suelos vertisoles, molisoles y alfisoles, aplicando los métodos de krigging puntual de la Geoestadística y la técnica de superposición en Arc-view, para las propiedades físicas: humedad gravimétrica, densidad aparente, resistencia a la penetración. La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia que existe entre los factores sociales y el proceso de inserción laboral de las personas con discapacidad en el gobierno Regional, La Libertad. Por ello la investigación fue de diseño no experimental, correlacional causal, conformándose una población muestral de 25 personas de la institución objeto de estudio, a quienes se les aplicaron como instrumentos cuestionarios, posteriormente a los datos obtenidos los mismos fueron procesados por el Software Estadístico SPSS. Los resultados mostraron que de acuerdo a la prueba de correlación Pearson, se obtiene que el p-valor es igual a 0.000, es decir, menor al valor mínimo esperado de 0.05, y el coeficiente de correlación es 0.810, lo cual se interpreta como una relación significativa entre las variables.
