The following article proposes the design of a bi-centrifugal atomizer that allows the interaction of sprays from two fluids (water and liquid nitrogen). The liquid nitrogen (LN2) is below −195.8 °C, a temperature low enough for the nitrogen, upon contact with the atomized water, to cause heat loss and bring it to its freezing point. The objective is to convert the water droplets present in the spray into ice. Upon falling, the ice particles can be dispersed, covering the largest possible area of the seafood products intended for cold preservation. El objetivo del presente estudio fue conocer la realidad actual en la gestión de hospitales ministerio de salud en Lima metropolitana. Se diseñó una investigación cualitativa, de tipo básico, con diseño fenomenológico, el instrumento fue la entrevista a gestores de la salud. Se concluyó, que la realidad actual en la gestión de los hospitales del ministerio de salud en Lima metropolitana, atraviesa por una crisis en los siguientes aspectos: la corrupción como un desafío persistente, el déficit de gestores preparados y competentes para enfrentar problemas de: infraestructura, presupuesto inadecuado, el recurso humano, falta de liderazgo e inadecuado clima organizacional, que no permite generar resultados positivos en términos de eficiencia , calidad, investigación e innovación, para la satisfacción del usuario interno y externo.

Estudio para estimar el valor diagnóstico serológico de la prueba de inmunoblot para el diagnóstico de echinococosis quística humana, usando antígeno hidatídico de caprino y de ovino. Se usó 135 sueros, de los cuales 70 procedían de pacientes con hidatidosis confirmada por el hallazgo de protoescólices y membrana en el estudio anatomopatológico con la pieza quirúrgica; 45 a pacientes con otras enfermedades parasitarias y 20 a personas aparentemente sanas. Se evaluó una prueba de aglutinación de látex estandarizada para el diagnóstico serológico de la echinococosis quística en Perú. Se utilizó partículas de látex de 0,25 um de diámetro, las cuales fueron sensibilizadas con antígeno total de líquido liofilizado de quiste hidatídico de ovino. Se usaron 80 sueros, 40 de pacientes operados por enfermedad hidatídica confirmada patología, 20 de pacientes con otras enfermedades parasitarias como cisticercosis, fasciolosis, toxoplasmosis, teniosis, enfermedad de chagas y malaria y 20 de personas sanas.
