This paper was conducted to examine the effect of paternalistic and Western leadership style using a sample of 326 subordinates. Due to insufficient number of studies about the type of relationship between subordinates’ responses and leadership type, this study aimed to determine whether paternalistic and Western leadership has a positive impact on managing subordinates. The respondents are employed at a wide variety of firms around Peru, such as Banking, Informational Technology, Commerce, Supply Chain, Construction and Law. Work stress resulting from lack of coping strategies is a problem that affects several organizations. This study aimed to identify the level of perceived stress, and coping styles in a sample of 120 executives in Peru. Coping strategies for stress were also classified using three categories: problem centered, emotion centered, and other coping. The results showed that the executives experienced a moderate level of stress, and preferred a coping style centered on meaning or perception (i.e., emotion and other coping). This paper shed light on analyzing the effect of the Pandemic on Venezuelan Migrants’ Income in Peru. The Covid 19 Pandemic (Coronavirus Pandemic) enforced governments to apply the “Hammer Blow” which produced recession and consequently unemployment. Governments offset the latter effect by applying some subsidies to the Poor. The subsidy was not delivered to Venezuelan Immigrants in Peru. Therefore, our study attempts to explore the effect of the Coronavirus Pandemic on the Income of Venezuelan Immigrants. The study controls for gender and discrimination. J&V Resguardo es una empresa peruana dedicada a brindar servicios de vigilancia privada, seguridad personal y guardianía, con 23 años en el mercado nacional. Cuando se inició en 1989, la empresa contaba con cuatro vigilantes y dos clientes. En el año 2006, J&V Resguardo incursionó en el mercado latinoamericano al abrir una oficina en Ecuador. Para el 2010 era una organización con seis mil vigilantes en Perú, y más de mil en Ecuador. Además, contaba con más de cien vehículos de supervisión y un centro de entrenamiento de diez mil metros cuadrados en Lurín (distrito de la Provincia de Lima). This article compares the management of diverse administration strategies of stakeholders in two lead-ing banks in Peru and Colombia. We took into account the hypotheses of several authors during 1985 and 2013 in order to have a big scope of the manage-ment of different interest groups and companies. In addition, we revised the literature regarding the influence interest groups have on the operations of the companies. Finally, we analyze the importance of stakeholders regarding corporate decision making within a financial context in developing countries.
