This article outlines the use of computing audit as a tool to exert a suitable use of information thechnology, supported by applying legal regulations as well as international computing standards. In methodology, two basic features have been considered: both risk areas and control areas identification.

El artículo plantea utilizar la Auditoria Informática como una herramienta que gestione el uso adecuado de la tecnología de información, apoyado en la aplicación de la normativa legal y en estándares informáticos internacionales. En la metodología se han considerado dos aspectos básicos: La identificación de áreas de riesgo y la identificación de áreas de control.

The gut microbiota of insects is composed of a wide range of microorganisms which produce bioactive compounds that protect their host from pathogenic attack. In the present study, we isolate and identify the fungus Chrysosporium multifidum from the gut of Hermetia illucens larvae. Extract from C. multifidum culture broth supernatant showed moderate activity against a strain of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). Bioguided isolation of the extract resulted in the characterization of six ?-pyrone derivatives (1-6) and one diketopiperazine (7). Of these compounds, 5,6-dihydro-4-methoxy-6-(1-oxopentyl)-2Hpyran- 2-one (4) showed the greatest activity (IC50 = 11.4 ± 0.7 ?g/mL and MIC = 62.5 ?g/ mL) against MRSA. © 2019 Correa et al. Purpose: Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) is a multifocal angioproliferative disease. In Peru, the implementation of the highly active antiretroviral treatment (HAART) program was in 2005, the model for treating patients with HIV-positive KS shifted to a potential cure. In this study, we aim to compare clinicopathological characteristics and prognostic factors associated with outcomes in patients with HIV-positive KS. Methods: We developed a retrospective cohort study that includes patients with HIV/AIDS and KS seen in the Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplasicas between 1987 and 2017.
