description La investigación de este proyecto surge por el interés por el voleibol y por deporte de alto nivel, así como por las ganas de emplear la arquitectura como una herramienta para mejorar las condiciones de la infraestructura deportiva en el país. La principal función del CEAR es poder ofrecerles a los voleibolistas y paravoeiboistas de alto nivel en el Perú todas las facilidades que les permitan llegar a su mayor nivel tanto físico como mental con miras a competencias deportivas internacionales. El nuevo Centro debe considerar espacios principalmente destinados a: entrenamientos, residencia, atención médica, recreación y competencia. Es por esta razón que en el presente documento se ha desarrollado un marco teórico, conceptual y el estudio de proyectos referenciales de la tipología y del énfasis. Se analizó la realidad actual del voleibol y del deporte en país, así como la de los usuarios que se beneficiarán con el proyecto (deportistas de alto nivel) con la finalidad de reconocer sus características y necesidades que se verán plasmadas en el programa arquitectónico; así también como las características del entorno y del terreno propuesto para el proyecto.

The main function of CEAR is to be able to offer high-level volleyball and para volleyball players in Peru all the facilities that allow them to reach their highest physical and mental level with a view to international sports competitions. The new Center must consider spaces for: training, residence, medical attention, recreation and competition. It is for this reason that in this document a theoretical and conceptual framework, as well as the study of referential projects of typology and emphasis have been developed.
