Se empleó como instrumentos la “Escala de Angustia Psicológica de Kessler (K10)” y el “Cuestionario de Desempeño Laboral Individual de Koopmans (IWPQ). Los resultados demostraron que existe relación negativa entre la angustia psicológica con el desempeño laboral (rs=-.362 [IC -.537, -.157], p<.01). El 43.9% presentó un nivel moderado de angustia psicológica y, el 47.6% mostró un nivel alto de desempeño laboral. El desempeño en la tarea y contexto mostraron relación negativa con la angustia psicológica; en cambio, los comportamientos contraproducentes relevaron relación positiva con la angustia psicológica.
