En cuanto a la nomofobia, se destacó una dependencia moderada, con moderada dependencia en tolerancia y abstinencia (49.1%) y abuso con dificultad para controlar impulsos (44%). El estrés académico mostró relaciones positivas entre tolerancia y abstinencia y síntomas (Rho=.298) y estresores (Rho=.420), pero no se encontró relación con estrategias de afrontamiento (Rho=-.024, p>0.05)

They used a sample of 318 participants and employed Choliz's (2012) Cell Phone Dependence Test and Barraza's (2006) SISCO Academic Stress Inventory. The results revealed a significant relationship (Rho= .419; p=.001) between nomophobia and academic stress, with a moderate level of nomophobia (50.9%) and a medium level of academic stress (50%). They concluded that dependent behaviors associated with nomophobia influence academic stress. Regarding nomophobia, they highlighted a moderate dependence, with moderate tolerance and withdrawal dependence (49.1%) and abuse with difficulty controlling impulses (44%).
