Dentro de nuestro primer punto como la Fundamentación del Proyecto en el cual desarrollamos nuestro marco teórico, metodología, recolección y procesamiento de la información En el segundo punto, la Memoria Descriptiva de Arquitectura que comprende la conceptualización del proyecto, criterios de diseño, función y forma, confort ambiental y tecnológico, así como el financiamiento. En el ultimo y tercer punto encontramos la Memoria Descriptiva de Especialidades, que contiene la elaboración estructural, también el predimensionamiento de diferentes ambientes en todo el proyecto. También el desarrollo de especialidades eléctricas y sanitarias donde determinamos la máxima demanda y accesibilidad para el tipo de conductor eléctrico.
