Con el método prisma se conformó de 13 investigaciones. Resultados: es fundamental abordar los desafíos asociados con la implementación de tecnologías, garantizar la calidad de los datos, capacitar al personal, considerar las implicaciones éticas y fomentar colaboración interinstitucional y La integración de la IA en la farmacovigilancia puede ser un paso crucial hacia una atención médica más segura y efectiva. Conclusiones: la farmacovigilancia y la tecnovigilancia son componentes esenciales para garantizar un uso seguro y eficiente de los antimicrobianos en clínicas y hospitales. La implementación efectiva de estas estrategias no solo puede reducir la resistencia a los antimicrobianos asociada con el uso inadecuado de agentes antimicrobianos, sino también reducir el número de agentes antimicrobianos que se usan de manera inadecuada.

The population was composed of 1500 studies, scientific journal publications and graduate theses, collected in digital databases, such as Redalyc, Google Scholar, PubMed, SciELO and Science Direct; from the period 2014 to 2024. The prism method consisted of 13 research studies. Results: it is critical to address the challenges associated with implementing technologies, ensuring data quality, training personnel, considering ethical implications, and fostering interagency collaboration and The integration of AI into pharmacovigilance can be a crucial step toward safer and more effective medical care. Conclusions: pharmacovigilance and technovigilance are essential components to ensure safe and efficient use of antimicrobials in clinics and hospitals.
