La población fue de 67 docentes con las cuales se aplicaron los instrumentos de clima laboral y síndrome de burnout. La técnica utilizada fue el cuestionario, en la cual fueron validados a través de un juicio de expertos. Asimismo se obtuvo una confiabilidad de según Alfa de Cronbach. Se obtuvo como resultado que las variables no presentan relación significativa entre ellas, ya que se obtuvo r = ,125 y p=,315.
