La investigación es de tipo descriptiva, transversal, de diseño no experimental. Estudia la variable atención selectiva con el propósito de determinar cuál es el nivel de atención selectiva que presentan los estudiantes de primaria de 9, 10 y 11 años de Ica. Se trabajó en una muestra no intencional de 123 estudiantes de educación primaria comprendido entre las edades de 9, 10 y 11 años, siendo 65 varones y 58 mujeres; se utilizó el instrumento de Percepción de diferencias (CARAS) de L. Thurstone y M. However, the lack of time to evaluate potential subcontractors can lead to inadequate selection and negatively impact the project development. This study proposes an innovative approach to improve confidence in the selection processes of design team subcontractors in multifamily building projects by implementing Set Based Design (SBD) and Choosing by Advantages (CBA) methodologies. Objetives: To describe the occupational medical characteristics of professional drivers and the toxicological results present in traffic accidents in an occupational health center in Metropolitan Lima. 2014-2018. Material and methods: Retrospective descriptive study of secondary source data analysis. The sample size analyzed was 11520 professional drivers from the city of metropolitan Lima during 2014 to 2018, selected from an unnamed database using a probabilistic simple randomization sample. Univariate descriptive statistics were used using absolute and relative frequency values, calculation of 95% confidence intervals and error diagrams for each of the variables, identifying the differences in each of the categories or levels of the variable. The objective of the research was to propose an adaptive system for traffic signalized intersections in the city of Jaén, based on algorithms and program execution. The design of the study was quantitative and experimental. Determinar la efectividad de la inspección visual con ácido acético (IVAA) en comparación con la reacción en cadena de la polimerasa (PCR) en la detección del Virus del Papiloma Humano (VPH) en el Hospital Vista Alegre durante los años 2023-2024. Materiales y métodos: Estudio comparativo, cuantitativo, no experimental y retrospectivo. Se analizó una muestra de 293 pacientes seleccionadas aleatoriamente entre 519 historias clínicas. Se evaluaron las tasas de sensibilidad, especificidad y concordancia (índice Kappa) entre IVAA y PCR. La recolección de datos se realizó a partir de las historias clínicas, y los resultados fueron procesados utilizando software estadístico. In this regard, it is argued that traditional media have had to adapt to the new reality to survive in the new media environment where they compete with news portals. This proliferation of media has allowed citizens to have more options to choose the news of their choice. Objective: To estimate seroprevalence of human toxocariosis in Lima inhabitants. Design: Cross-sectional study, non aleatory selection. Material and methods: To people living in Lima city urban marginal communities, an interview and clinical examination were done and serum samples obtained to detect antibodies against Toxocara by ELISA technique. Stool samples were also obtained to check parasites causing cross reactions with serology. Results: From 553 persons examined 23,3% were reactive. There were no sex differences and ELISA results related to anemia, leucocytosis, eosinophilia or intestinal parasites. People older than 15 yearold had twice the possibility to be reactive. Most frequent symptom in positive individuals was decrease of visual capacity. Most frequent parasites were Blastocystis hominis, Entamoeba coli, Giardia lamblia. La disponibilidad limitada de germoplasma de maíz palomero de alto rendimiento con buena calidad de expansión sigue siendo un desafío importante en Nigeria. Este estudio evaluó 36 híbridos simples de maíz palomero, sus líneas parentales y una variedad testigo en tres zonas agroecológicas distintas de Nigeria durante las temporadas de cultivo de 2019 y 2020 con el objetivo de identificar híbridos sobresalientes para los productores de palomitas de maíz. Se observó una variación genética significativa entre los híbridos y sus líneas parentales en la mayoría de los rasgos evaluados. Objetivo: Determinar las prácticas de alimentación complementaria de madres con niños de seis a veinticuatro meses que asisten al programa de CRED del Centro de Salud Santa Clara en Ate, 2024. Material y métodos: Investigación cuantitativa, no experimental y de tipo descriptivo. The adoption of M-learning and perceptual learning style preferences of South American EFL learners in a business English course were studied empirically. The descriptive correlational research design was used in this study. Data were gathered from 125 South American EFL students who were carefully sampled among 184 mobile-phone-wielding students registered in a business English program at a selected South American university. The Perceptual Learning Style Preference Questionnaire and Mobile Learning Questionnaire (MLQ) were used in the study (PLSPQ).
