A study group must possess basic social skills such as teamwork, empathy, communication and leadership, among others. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer que la educación musical es una tarea básica de la escuela, pero está concebida de forma ideal. Lo cierto es que cuando la música se enseña con conciencia social, puede cambiar la conciencia humana. La educación no es sólo conocimiento, es cultura, es formación de virtudes, en este sentido la música es considerada como parte del universo, se llama cultura, es parte básica de la cultura, la formación de las personas es fundamental. Como existencia social, pertenece al trasfondo histórico y cultural que la representa e identifica. El pensamiento lingüístico es el producto de la evolución de la historia y la cultura humanas. Por tanto, la formación musical del sistema debe basarse en la función del área en la vida personal y comunitaria en el espacio y tiempo histórico.

These basic rules can be seen embodied, contemporarily, in the rules of condominiums.In the article, the authors explore the nature of these regulations, their basic contents and the functions they perform. Mainly, the bylaws serve to reduce transaction costs between the parties involved, so that they can reach agreements that allow coexistence in a scenario of own and common property.
