In this article, the Design Thinking technique will be used to solve and evaluate the problem of the selection of software quality metrics, considering some techniques for the collection of ideas that can support the development of a solution purpose to the problem that in this case is the quality assurance based on the evaluation metrics defined in the current known standards. All this is possible thanks to the support of web tools that provide templates to cover the phases of Design Thinking. The details of the phases are also made starting with the Empathizing phase followed by Define, Devise, Prototype, Test and finally arriving at the results and conclusions found after the whole design thinking process. The results are expected to help build quality software and be used in a real project and in its different stages making the software successful in the market.

This paper focuses on sustainable public procurements that seek to minimize negative environmental impacts and improve positive social impacts, which require significant changes within the market reality of a country. In the case of Peru, legislation establishes the requirement that sustainable criteria be integrated into public procurement suited to the needs for the procurement of goods and services. Teleosemantic is the theory that proposes an explanation of mental representation on the basis of the Darwinian theory of biological function. Although Darwin explains biological traits for both historical and adaptationist causes, Papineau and other proponents of teleosemantic rely only on the adaptationist dimension of the theory to account for the identity of the biological trait. This is shown in the teleosemantic response to the possibility that an exact duplicate of a human arose from non-evolutionary causes (the swampman). A major problem in water companies is to detect leaks in underground pipes as water is a limited source. For many years, acoustics techniques have been used to reduce this problem enhancing leak detection positioning estimation. The correlation of leak noise signals is one of these techniques. Moreover, using the time difference of the arrival of the leak noise at the sensors, and knowledge of the speed at which the noise propagates in the pipe, the distance of the leak from one of the sensor positions can be estimated. This paper describes the importance of the bandwidth selection in the estimation of the time delay. Experimental cases from a test rig in Brazil are shown to support.

In the construction sector, the selection of personnel for the technical office faces challenges such as the lack of structure and subjectivity in the evaluation criteria, which makes it difficult to quickly identify the most suitable candidates. This article proposes an optimized procedure to address this problem through the use of the AHP multicriteria method and Expert Choice software. The process involves applying AHP to establish priorities and evaluate candidates based on previously defined objective criteria. Through interviews and surveys, deficiencies in the traditional approach were identified, such as the lack of planning and the reliance on subjective judgments.
