In the world of organizations, there are unwanted problematic situations based on principles not discussed but established in practice: making decisions based on concepts and pre-defined paradigms. This approach improves one aspect of the problem, but creates failures in other aspects, which becomes potentially even more serious problems. There are conceptual differences between making decisions and solving problems. The perception of complex problems begins with the identification of holistic elements of the organization: structural, process, human and change dimensions. Problem solving considers three elements: 1) defining the level of resolution or solver position, 2) choice of decision criteria or dimensions relevant, 3) choice of study, formulation and solution tools.

The multi-tiered dispute resolution clauses are a very popular type of arbitration agreement nowadays. These clauses provide that, in order to resolve disputes arising out of a contractual relationship, the parties may or should have recourse to more than one dispute resolution mechanism, which will be used progressively, one after the other. This research is descriptive ex post facto. In this it was proposed to determine the effects of Ethnomathematics that was applied as a strategy in two samples of 30 children with an average of 7.5 years in the districts of San Juan de Miraflores and Rimac, the start and end of the 2013. They are attending same classrooms where training programs were implemented in developing strategies for mathematics. In turn, we sought to describe the levels of achievement of this troubleshooting. Highest score was determined in the sample of San Juan de Miraflores at the beginning of the investigation. At the end it was observed differences were not signif¬icant (p < 0.01). 50% of subjects reached this level of achievement in solving problems, and 15% reached the process level by the end of the application of this strategy.

This behavior leads to the formulation of a mathematical model that, through the Baiocchi transformation, allows it to be expressed as a free boundary problem. With the introduction of orality in judicial processes, the great challenge lies in obtaining true justice as a quality public service. What simple processes are solved in a differentiated way is not a problem, but a solution. The objective of this research was to deepen the understanding of ethnomathematics developed by masons in the Amazonian regions of Peru. To this end, the mathematical concepts implicit in the masons' practices were identified and analyzed, as well as to understand the role of culture and the natural environment in the configuration of this knowledge. The type of study was considered ethnographic, and consisted of gathering information through observation.
