Executive functions (FE) are considered as a theoretical construct, referring to the capacity we have as human beings to plan, organize, inhibit, monitor our behavior and be flexible in the face of novel situations. However, this definition is not the only one, since many authors conceptualize it in different ways and this means that different models are presented that try to explain the nature of such functions; However, a consensus has not yet been reached.Therefore, the present work, brings to light those models that seek to explain executive functions in all their magnitude and complexity, finding from anatomical positions to statistical trends or to consider how they develop the FE in the stages of development, the same that were Raised in order to have a better understanding of them.

In the recent years, systemic or normative functionalism has been set up and spread out in the Peruvian Criminal Law scholar doctrine and case law, in a clear, precise and coherent manner providing solutions to concrete problems which were previously left behind to be answered by the naturalist, ontologist and teleologist scholar doctrines. Thus, by having an advanced functionalism approach, we explain the previous evolution and stand assumed by the great master of Bonn, Günther Jakobs, who sets out the functional relation between society and the criminal-juridical dogmatics, which must be re-based with a view to safeguard the social and state system through the maintenance of the criminal law stability to guarantee the citizen’s minimum expectations regarding proper functioning of social life.

Las caídas afectan a aproximadamente el 30% de los mayores de 65 años, y este porcentaje aumenta en aquellos mayores de 80 años. Despite having the tools and means to exchange information with customs authorities around the world, it makes languid efforts to facilitate the accreditation of direct shipment and the access to tariff benefits.In this article, the author analyzes that the position adopted by SUNAT hinders the transportation of goods in import activities. Introducción: La postura craneocervical es el sistema de equilibrio entre el cráneo y la porción superior de la columna vertebral. Alteraciones en la postura afectan la posición de la mandíbula, la oclusión, el componente neuromuscular y la articulación temporomandibular. En pacientes con maloclusión de clase III con prognatismo mandibular hay un aumento de las curvas vertebrales y flexión craneal, lo cual aumenta la probabilidad de patologías. El objetivo del presente estudio fue evaluar el efecto de la suplementación dietética con extracto etanólico de residuos de mango (EERM) en dos genotipos de gallinas sobre la producción de huevos, calidad del huevo, composición nutricional y perfil de ácidos grasos de la yema. Durante 12 semanas, 200 gallinas ponedoras de 30 semanas de edad fueron asignadas aleatoriamente a 10 tratamientos dispuestos en un diseño factorial 2 x 5 (2 genotipos, Criolla y Novogen Brown y 5 niveles de EERM [0, 500, 1000, 1500 y 2000 ppm]). El EERM en 2000 ppm maximizó el rendimiento, altura de la albúmina, unidad Haugh y el amarillamiento de la yema. Los huevos de la gallina criolla presentaron mayores proporciones de grasa y ceniza. The Vascular Cerebral Disorder (VDC) or stroke is a neurological pathology whose most common motor sequel is the hemiplegia that affects mainly the posture and muscle tone, including the respiratory muscles.
