Disruptive technologies and their impact on journalism and communication force us to assume challenges in learning new techniques for data and information processing. Interdisciplinary knowledge is evident in the teaching of new professional profiles. Data journalism is an example of this, so the immersion into a data culture must be preceded by awareness in the learning of news applications, algorithms or the treatment of Big Data, elements that configure new paradigms among journalists of the media on the Internet. With the revision of texts, direct observation of selected applications and case study, some conclusions are established that contain a growing demand in the knowledge of new techniques. The results show the use of technological resources and the proposal of changes in the curricula of the communication faculties.

La presente investigación busca determinar la influencia del uso de la Inteligencia Artificial en la Productividad de una empresa desarrolladora de software en la ciudad de Trujillo, 2025. The aim of the present study was to examine the relationship between students’ cognitive and self-regulatory strategies, academic engagement, and academic achievement in higher education, analyzing the mediating role of reading comprehension. Different tasks to assess the constructs were administered to 209 students (Mage = 21.71; SD = 4.36). The students' GPA was used as a measure of academic achievement. Significant associations were found between cognitive and self-regulation strategies, academic engagement, reading comprehension, and students' GPA. Despite the relevance of personalization in research in Political Communication, as well as other fields of study, there is a state of confusion in the literature on the concept. The main reason is that there is no consensus around a widely shared definition. In addition, the personalization of politics can be approached from different perspectives, corresponding to the main actors involved in the political processes, that is, the media system, the political system and the citizens. Consequently, the results and conclusions are varied and, even occasionally, disparate. Therefore, this lack of conceptual clarity represents a limitation for progressing in the study of personalization. Hence the aim of this research is to propose a definition serving as a reference for further studies on this phenomenon.

Traditional media (press, radio and television) in South America have better expectations regarding the process of digital transition faced by communication companies and industries on a global level. This hypothesis is contrasted by comparing two elements. First, the evolution trends of the media sector in Latin America collected by sectorial databases of the World Association of Newspapers and New Publishers, the Eurodata´s general audience report, the Pew State of the News Media and the Global Entertainment & Media Outlook 2016-2020. The goal of this article is to analyze the degree of maturity in the digital transformation of the public relations and communication departments of the companies with the highest turnover that belong to the Spanish Association of Communication Directors-Dircom by applying the model for digital transformation proposed by Westerman, Bonnet and McAfee (2012), based on the vectors of leadership and digital capacity. For this purpose, a questionnaire was sent to those responsible for communication of this type of companies. The Brief Emotional Intelligence Inventory (EQ-i-M20) was designed to assess emotional intelligence in individuals. Its application in educational contexts allows the identification of areas for intervention and development. This study aimed to evaluate its psychometric properties. It used an instrumental design and 500 Chilean university students participated. The factor structure of the instrument was examined through confirmatory factor analysis and factorial invariance tests were performed. The structural analysis revealed that the five-factor model of the EQ-i-M20 showed favorable fit indicators (X²=267.278, gl=160, p<0.001; CFI=0.986; TLI=0.984; RMSEA=0.033; SRMR=0.042). El objetivo de la presente investigación fue analizar la correlación del acompañamiento pedagógico y el desempeño docente en las Instituciones Educativas del nivel Primaria de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de la provincia de Mariscal Cáceres, durante el año 2019. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada, con nivel descriptivo y diseño correlacional con una muestra poblacional de 77 docentes. El procedimiento consistió en la aplicación de los instrumentos a la muestra seleccionada, posteriormente se realizó el análisis estadístico y la prueba de hipótesis mediante el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson. The concepts of disinformation and misinformation have almost as many meanings as the number of authors who have treated them. Considered from the semiotic and psychological point of view, disinformation and misinformation seem to be the result of the inadequacy of what is communicated to the reality of an object. The focus of both Political Science and Public Relations is set on disinformation / misinformation as an example of how masses and public opinion can be manipulated, while the vision of Communication Sciences and Information considers such behaviours as natural features of the media in a clearly oversaturated communications ecosystem.
