This research aimed to determine the relationship between a model of strategic management and sustainable development of wood furniture manufacturers in the province of Coronel Portillo-Ucayali, also determine the degree of knowledge with manufacturers of furniture Wood on sustainable development; for which a cross-causal correlation was used descriptive analytical methodology. Integration of detailed stratigraphic, sedimentologic and tectonic studies of the Río Cañete Basin with opening and divergence rates of the South Atlantic Ocean, overriding plate velocity, trench migration, subducting age (Fig. 1) etc. and the protracted Mesozoic Farallon Plate oblique convergence parameters provide new lines of evidence to suggest an alternative model for the evolution of the Peruvian margin. These unorthodox model departures significantly from the classic and simplistic Andean Model used in the literature. This paper studies the criminal liability of legal persons, which has suffered a deep reform with the organic law 1/2015, after being introduced in Spain in 2010. This reform has brought important modifications and news, as the creation of an exemption of liability through the adoption of compliance programs, which supposes a change in the so called model of transfer of liability, that existed before. Parallel to this transformation in the Spanish criminal code, in Peru recently the law 30424 has come into forth, which contents a corporate liability model, very similar to the one foreseen in Spain. Both models of liability and the possibility of its exemption raise doubts about if they really tried to penalize legal persons or not.

In recent years, the number of applications of model predictive control (MPC) is rapidly increasing due to the better control performance that it provides in comparison to traditional control methods. However, the main limitation of MPC is the computational e ort required for the online solution of an optimization problem. This shortcoming restricts the use of MPC for real-time control of dynamic systems with high sampling rates. The daily electric demand in Peruvian National Interconnected System-SEIN- has very particular trend, seasonality and characteristics external effects, a situation that complicates the process of estimating the short-term forecast. The aim of this paper is to formulate and calculate ARIMA models with External Events Analysis to achieve efficient forecasts of electricity demand each day, at total level and broken down by areas of the SEIN. The methodology is based on treating each time series using appropriate statistical-mathematical transformations to achieve stability in variance as regular seasonal averages, parallel external events to try to reach an optimal predictive model ARIMA each area of the electrical system of Peru (Central, South and North) and for each day of the week. This article contrasts strategies adopted by migrants from two Andeancommunities located in different regions in Peru, in their useof social, cultural, and material networks, taking into consideration the place they settle in and where they come from, their translocal experience. These strategies are embedded in a parallel form; on the one hand there is an extension of the domestic bonds from the original village in the place they finally settle down in, mostly givenby a transgenerational continuation, based on collateral descendance (uncle/aunt – nephew/niece), which weakens the original supradomestic collective identities; and, on the other hand, the newly interethnic neighborhood bonds which transform the social solidarity model in the place they settle down in. Style transfer is a natural language processing generation task, it consists of substituting one given writing style for another one. In this work, we seek to perform informal-to-formal style transfers in the English language by using a style transfer model that takes advantage of the GPT-2. This process is shown in our web interface where the user input a informal message by text or voice. Our target audience are students and professionals in the need to improve the quality of their work by formalizing their texts. A style transfer is considered successful when the original semantic meaning of the message is preserved after the independent style has been replaced with a formal one with a high degree of grammatical correctness.
