“On Corporeality, Sight and Noetic Processes in the Hermetica and Certain Platonic Parallels”. Based on treatises I and XIII of the Corpus Hermeticum (“Poimandres” and “On a Mountain: An Esoteric Discourse Concerning Palingenesis and the Requirement of Silence”) and Nag Hammadi VI (“The Ogdoad and the Ennead”), this article addresses the physical (bodily and sensorial) conditions necessary for Hermetic revelation and how the role played by sensible vision as an opening to a fully noetic dimension has its roots in Plato’s theory of vision. Cinema is a multifaceted phenomenon and, as such, is really difficult to explain. The processes involved, the diverse elements playing important parts in the development of stories —characters, images, sounds, etc.— are so many and so different that to pretend to explain or define them would be an idle chore. However, in analyzing the works of an individual artist, we find cracks from where faint lights show us how this fabrication happens; the artistry. In that way we can find a common ground gaining the possibility to theorize a process. This paper aims at discovering the relations between cinema and literature, from an structural point of view, using history to determine a common place and the birthplace of the techniques that produce modern cinema.

El presente trabajo tuvo a bien determinar la relación entre el proceso lector sintáctico y semántico y la comprensión lectora. La investigación presenta un enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo relacional y de tipo teórico con diseño no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 121 estudiantes de sexto grado de educación primaria de una institución privada de Lima. Asimismo, la presente investigación tuvo acceso a toda la población; sin embargo, se usaron algunos criterios de exclusión para la aplicación de los instrumentos; en ese sentido la muestra estuvo compuesta por 100 estudiantes. This research aimed to determine the relationship between a model of strategic management and sustainable development of wood furniture manufacturers in the province of Coronel Portillo-Ucayali, also determine the degree of knowledge with manufacturers of furniture Wood on sustainable development; for which a cross-causal correlation was used descriptive analytical methodology. El siguiente estudio analiza cómo es el sentido de comunidad, de un grupo de personas que viven en un asentamiento humano en un distrito del cono este de Lima, en el cual se dan procesos de violencia comunitaria. Para este fin se ha optado por una metodología mixta con un diseño en paralelo, aplicando la Escala de Sentido de Comunidad, SCI-2 (Chavis, D.M., Lee, K.S., y Acosta J.D.; 2008), un ítem para medir el nivel de peligro percibido a través de una escala likert, y cinco entrevistas individuales a los pobladores. Los resultados muestran que mientras mayor peligro se perciba en la zona, menor es el sentido de comunidad. The paper examines how the idea of knowledge co-production has emerged in relation to the parallel but distinct concept of service co-production and the participatory development planning tradition. The article approaches knowledges and biodiversity maintenance among ecological farmers in the west of Santa Catarina state, Brazil. The intellectual property rights have had direct effects onseed production. Between patents and other systems of control, family farmers deny treating life as a «resource». This paper has adouble aim: firstly, to analyze the intellectual property international panorama over biodiversity and knowledge; secondly, to examine practices of organic smallholders engaged to Rede Ecovida de Agroecologia (an organic farming network born in the southern Brazil) related to alternative forms of knowledge management and production of patent-free seeds. The result is the action which parallels the critique of the decrease on the availability of crop varieties and the effort to multiply seeds and knowledges throughout networks and agro-biodiversity centres.
