The article analyzes the urban leasing policy in contemporary Peru and seeks to explain the origin and permanence of contractual interventionism in urban leasing until the 21st century. All political periods are analyzed, from the governments of Augusto Leguía (1919-1930) to the governments of the last democratic transition (2000-2020) and it seeks to show very synthetically the multiple determinations of contractual interventionism. Abstract — In this project, a design for an automated mechanism is presented for implementation in textile manufacturing processes, where an integrated system for textile fiber recognition based on artificial intelligence (AI) was added. The mechanical design of the machine was studied in terms of force, providing a robust and efficient structure that supports the integration of sensors and cameras for real - time image capture of the processed fibers. Metal mining is one of the economic pillars of the Peruvian economy. Peru is the main producer of gold, zinc, lead, and tin in Latin America and the second largest producer of copper, silver, and zinc worldwide. Despite its economic importance, mining has also left a plethora of Mining Environmental Liabilities (MEL) whose inadequate waste management represents a risk for both the environment and human health and is a common trigger of social problems. The Cajamarca región is the second región in Peru in terms of the number of MEL sites with the majority of them located in the Hualgayoc district. Objetivo: Evaluar el método directo en la identificación y antibiograma de Enterobacterias en pacientes con bacteriuria significativa atendidos en el Hospital Docente Madre Niño San Bartolomé. Materiales y Método: Estudio descriptivo de corte transversal. Se procesó 173 muestras de orina con sospecha de bacteriuria significativa, inoculándose directamente la muestra en medios diferenciales y en dos placas de agar Mueller Hinton al que se le colocó 10 antibióticos; paralelamente, se procesó las muestras según el protocolo estandarizados para urocultivo, identificando el uropatógeno por las reacciones presentadas en la serie bioquímica y categorizando los halos de inhibición antibiótica según los puntos de corte vigentes señalada por la CLSI. El uso de imágenes hiperespectrales es una importante herramienta tecnológica actual, la cual se aplica también al estudio de suelos y permite entre otras cosas la elaboración de mapas litológicos y una biblioteca espectral. En esta investigación, se trabajó con 7 muestras de suelos de 2 regiones del Perú (Cusco - Región kastanosólica y Madre de Dios – Región acrisólica) con el fin de identificar y analizar su firma espectral. En el procesamiento de las imágenes hiperespectrales obtenidas se usó la técnica del algoritmo PPI (Pixel Purity Index) usando el software ENVI.
