This document presents an analysis of disability and social inclusion as a human rights issue; we describe the three models that have been established to understand historical evolution in how to address the issue and how along the way a series has been defeated of paradigms and prejudices that contrasted with the social reality of people with disabilities in terms of their value as people with potentialities and talents who were not harnessed or were invisible. A reflection is made of the contemporary situation of people with disabilities, especially touching children and the difficulties they still encounter today, as well as the great challenge of the States to design policies, programs and projects capable of defeating the mistreatment still in force and for systems to be built in which equal opportunities prevail.

In the absence of thorough studies that cross national television and older adults (PAM, by its acronym in Spanish), their self-perception and stereotypes in fiction programs on Peruvian television were analyzed. From the naturalistic paradigm, qualitative methodology and use of classical and phenomenological hermeneutics, observation techniques (with record cards per se) and focus groups (with guiding questions) were applied on two populations: 1) fiction programs, and 2) PAM in Chiclayo, Piura and Trujillo. It was concluded that several PAM stereotypes are handled in national fiction TV. In that regard, the PAM interviewed have mixed feelings and they would like to be reflected honorable, capable of overcoming conflicts, twinned with each other, enjoying their family, and able to be happy.

This review compiles the information related to implementing research hotbeds as formative research strategies regarding higher university education. A systematic review-type study was designed. Methodologically, the databases Scopus, Web of Science, SciELO, Redalyc, MEDLINE (PubMed), ERIC and academic Google were investigated, using the terms: "Research hotbeds", "programs", "research skills" and "undergraduate student". Of the 235 sources initially searched, 22 references were analyzed (17 original articles and 5 theses). The information was analyzed according to the categories of place of publication, objectives, methods and results found. La investigación tuvo como objetivo comprender respecto a la responsabilidad penal especial en menores de 14 y 18 años de edad que son infractores y la necesidad de regular el Código de Responsabilidad Penal en adolescentes. Es un estudio cualitativo que se orienta con el paradigma interpretativo, asume el diseño hermenéutico, debido a que realiza interpretaciones de discursos (respuestas de entrevista) de los cuatro participantes (policía, fiscal y especialistas). Previous research warns about the limitations that some university teachers in Ibero-America have in relation to digital research competencies. The objective of this research was to analyze the research competencies from the university teacher's self-perception, contrasted with the classroom evaluation. The study had a qualitative approach. Interviews were conducted via the Zoom virtual platform, and recordings (of an average of 4 h each) of classes delivered by 10 teachers with an average age of 58 years old, in charge of scientific research courses at the postgraduate level in Peruvian universities were analyzed. The instruments used included an in-depth interview guide and a checklist.
