Reality shows us that sexuality education is being addressed poorly either because it is reduced to mere genitality, giving a biological or cultural approach, or because governments aim to provide young people in schools a purely instrumental sex education bringing as a result a trivialization of sexuality in adolescents. The aim of this research is to establish guidelines for the implementation of health education programs sexuality, with personalist vision for adolescents in Peru, based on complementarity or integrity.

Several food programs attempting to meet social demand and to counter social inequality have been created in Peru. Qali Warma is one of these programs. Peruvian government has promoted its design, planning and implementation. However, this public policy presents certain weaknesses and setback. This article’s purpose is to analyze the power and autonomy of the Peruvian State to implement this program from a political science perspective. Therefore, its structure, scope and impact are evaluated from the approach of authors such as Max Weber, Michael Mann and Guillermo O’Donnell. The research concludes that it is a strong bureaucracy and infrastructure policy, but also it has coverage and corruption problems seen as brown areas, which make its efficiency questionable.

The research arises from the need to demonstrate that advertising with a priming effect can improve the domain of the vision and mission of an educational institution in students ofbasic education, specifically in their conceptions of social projection, environmental care and humanistic learning. Its objective was to determine the effects of priming in advertisingaimed at improving the domain of institutional purposes. The design was experimental, and the population, students of the VII cycle of EBR. The techniques used were the observationrecord and the survey, and descriptive statistics for information processing. The results show that advertising with a priming effect improves vision mastery, 25% more in the experimentalgroup than in the control group, and regarding the mission of the institution, the level of mastery is maintained.

Están relacionados con mi trabajo como productora, primero como asistente de producción en La Revista Dominical (América Televisión, 1996-1999) y luego como productora ejecutiva del programa talk show Señora León, en el año 2005 (Frecuencia Latina), para finalizar con mi desempeño en el programa dominical Día D (Andina de Televisión, 2006-2009). La presente investigación se desarrolló con la finalidad de demostrar que el programa psicopedagógico AFECOGMET desarrolla el aprendizaje autónomo en los estudiantes de la Facultad de Educación y Humanidades de la sede Rioja de la UNSM-T, durante el año 2017. El tipo de estudio es aplicado, nivel experimental, con diseño cuasi-experimental y método científico fue el Inductivo-Analítico.
