The objective of this study was to the Importance of Establishing Landscape Architecture in Construction Projects with an Urban Management Approach. The methods of this study are a descriptive-analytical research method that the data used in the research section of this project is obtained from the library method. The library information used in this project is derived from a variety of methods, including reference to books, journals, research projects, maps, and Internet searches. The results showed that the smell of the citizens had the greatest impact on the quality of the urban landscape, because the question is to what extent have the elements of nature, such as plants and flowers, created pleasant aromas. AbstractThe article presents an approach to the Fugaz Project, an intervention carried out in the monumental area of Callao for commercial purposes and framed as an urban renewal initiative. This intervention triggered an interesting phenomenon due to the interaction of various actors who had not previously crossed paths and who now engage in a context where the residents of the monumental area find themselves in a position of subordination. The aim is to analyze how this urban intervention unfolded during a specific period (2015 to 2017) through four dimensions: the institutional and organizational arrangements that have facilitated the entry of a new economic actor into the area; socio-spatial fragmentation; the use of art to make the intervention attractive to both former residents and new visitors; and, finally, the experience and production of the place by the actors involved.

In this work we address proposals for the creation of Inquisition courts by inquisitorial, royal, and ecclesiastical authorities, between the 17th and 18th centuries, due to the immense territorial extension of the Lima court’s jurisdiction, and the problems that derived from it. This study specially focuses on the governorates of Tucumán and Rio de la Plata, as part of the so-called «región platina», a space linking population centers of the colonial urban borderland shared by Portuguese, Castilians, Spanish Creoles, and Portuguese Americans.

The assignation of traffic flow to an urban transportation network can be done using Wardrop's equilibrium principle, which deals the election of travel routes by the users. This election is done under the hypothesis of uniform information to users based on the perception they have of a minimum travel costs between the travel origin-destination. According to this principle, in the network flow point, none of the users would improve their travel costs changing the route initially chosen unilaterally. The traffic flow in these conditions are called user's deterministic traffic flow. The Urban Renewal and Rehabilitation Pilot Project (PP2) was developed from 1969 to 1976 and was part of the Experimental Housing Project (PREVI) that had the support of the United Nations. The PP2 was focused in providing a solution to the slum spaces, taking as an experimental area four blocks of the Monumental Zone of Barranco (Lima - Peru). That will be the basis of a National Housing Rehabilitation Policy, through a comprehensive and multidisciplinary and innovative vision for its time. Despite not being fully executed, these characteristics have placed as the genesis of the Urban Regeneration processes of Peru mainly due to the management model in its social, economic, legal and planning dimensions.

The cities of southern Peru can be understood as urban organisms shaped by the superimposition of historical, social, and territorial layers. This article offers a comparative analysis of the urban structure of Cusco, Arequipa, and Tacna through the typomorphological framework proposed by Gianfranco Caniggia and Gian Luigi Maffei, aiming to identify common patterns in their formative processes. The study applies a qualitative-comparative methodology based on the multiscalar typological process of anthropic space. Results indicate that the urban structure of these cities is influenced by territorial structuring elements, the functions of initial settlements, typical fabrics, and characteristic buildings. This paper introduces the reader into the interdisciplinary nature of environmental law, through the review of a case of green areas ecosystem degradation by Lima’s city urban growth. The authors show the usefulness of using history, urban planning, environmental policy, environmental management tools, criminal prosecution, among other disciplines, in order to apply the legislation in a coherent manner and oriented to contribute to the common well-being. The integration of these multiple approaches in the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, allows fi nancing for projects help overcome the challenges in order to reconcile urban growth and urban green areas conservation.

In 1996, the Cusco newspaper El Comercio commemorated the centenary of its creation. It was thought, for this reason, to review its chronicles in order to reassess the journalistic work carried out in these 100 years. My participation in this project was focused on the local and regional aspects referred to in their chronicles. The aim of this research was to know the interaction from the cultural, economic-social and distribution of green spaces in Chilca. The research is basic, not experimental, to collect data the survey was used, which was applied in the field for 24 months. The results showed that, despite changes due to industrial development in the distribution of green spaces, the cultural vision and the socio-economic characteristics do not influence in the green spaces of the district. It was remarkable hearing from some dwellers their knowledge about zoning and how useful it would be to develop projects in the district based on it to recover and conserve their natural spaces.
