Over the last few years, the poultry sector has positioned itself advantageously in the Peruvian market since it contributes 56% of the animal protein consumption demanded by the population. This represents annual sales of around 11,000 million soles, which corresponds to 29% of the agricultural GDP. Based on the above, companies in this sector must be at the forefront to satisfy the growing demand of this product and avoiding customer dissatisfaction, since this reduces the profitability indexes generating economic loses. The current epidemic crisis has put into a hard spot the robustness of the contemporary social system based on politics, science, technology and free-market. The present text shows a critical observation to the current New Normality policy from a social-philosophical vision. This policy is a regression to certain governmental phenomena for gives it continuity and imposes certain social-moral behavior using a reinvented rhetoric. State-reformism, ethopolitics and resilience are notions to serve as arguments to support this thesis. At the end, I offer a purposeful discussion about subversion and antifragility of societies as a way of proposing a political strategy against a New Normality, because the New Normality is not a change, but a policy that promises a future time but not a different socioeconomic-political space.

OBJECTIVES: Identify factors that influence the absence of mothers of children under one year in the growth and development program in the Health Center. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Quantitative, descriptive cross sectional study with 117 mothers of children under one year between July and November 2012. For data collection, we used demographic profile and absence factors to the program with accessibility to health center and the growth and development program (GDP), Quality of attention and Information. We used descriptive statistic with measures of central tendency, dispersion and frequency. This study investigates the effects of reducing hydraulic retention times, to assess the stability of a thermophilic anaerobic digester (55° C), for treating a sludge produced in a treatment plant wastewater Valladolid, with a composition average COD 35,982 mg / L; SV 18,5 g / L; pH 8,08; N-NH3 347,5 mg / L; N-NKT 1833,8 mg / kg. It was proposed to work modifying the hydraulic retention time progressively reducing from 22,52 to 4,5 days in three stages for a period of 1001 days, increasing the feed flow rate and increasing the values of the organic loading rate. The results showed that the reactor entered into stress processes due to the increase in the reactor load, but they were tolerated and continued generating biogas and the elimination of SV of 37 % on average.

On the coast of Peru, a region that concentrates 60% of the population and where a very high pressure on water resources exist, is beneficial to the National Service for Industrial Training (SENATI), have a strategy to use the water. To do this, set for its headquarters, located in the district of Independence, three axes to improve water use: Define control mechanisms, using appropriate technologies and maintain an environmental awareness among users. These axes allowed it to reduce wastes at the rate of 20% in the first year of implementation. From then until now, has been instrumental work in raising awareness among users about the importance of rational use of water, in order to continue to maintain average rates of 0,35 m3/person/year.

Chaotic bioprinting enables the fabrication of microstructured hydrogel fibers with co-extruding permanent and fugitive inks using a kenics static mixer (KSM) printhead. However, these fibers degrade completely after 7 days of static culture. Survival of hydrogel constructs for prolonged periods is critical for tissue maturation. Therefore, in this project, chaotic bioprinting was optimized to reinforce multichannel hollow fibers, thereby extending the culture time to enable skeletal muscle tissue maturation. The production and export of avocado fruits, cultivar Hass, has grown exponentially in recent years in Peru, however, a high incidence of symptoms such as regressive death, cankers on plant branches, and fruit rot have been observed affecting optimal crop production and fruit quality. Debido al incremento de las actividades manufactureras en el Perú y el mundo, las empresas hoy en día buscan optimizar sus operaciones aumentando sus capacidades productivas y reduciendo al mínimo sus pérdidas. En este contexto las herramientas como Lean Manufacturing y TPM tienen un papel fundamental en la eliminación y reducción de desperdicios. El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo principal incrementar la eficiencia general de los equipos en una línea de producción manufacturera a travez de herramientas de mejora continua como CAPDO, 5S, Gestión del Cambio, Estandarización de Trabajo, SMED y TPM. Para este estudio se tomó en cuenta los tiempos de detención de la línea y los resultados obtenidos permitieron visualizar una reducción de detenciones por Aseo General, Cambio de Formato e Inicio y Término de Producción que afectaban a la eficiencia actual de la empresa.
