Sumario:Objective: To design and implement the system of quality management under ISO 9001:2008 in the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering-UNHEVAL as requirement applicable accreditation processes Colleges under Model CONEAU. Methods: The research corresponds to a research applicative, the sample is not probabilistic circumstantial and consists of the population consisting of the total number of teachers (19), students (370) and graduates of the EAP Industrial Engineering (180), methods used for data collection was direct observation, survey, structured form, given by a questionnaire based on the dimensions and measures of the study variables. The descriptive analysis of statistical data was performed using the assessment tool according to ISO 9001:2008, useful tool for future quality audits and thus allow to have it in order to have proper control of system quality management. Results: One can see that the SIEF meets only 19% of the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, these results suggest that it is urgent to continue with the implementation of projects that are part of this study. In the study group will have as strengths: production and / or service delivery (33%), shopping (32%), processes related to the client (30%) and as weaknesses: DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT (10%) , Provision of resources (10%), data analysis (10%). The Dean known results immediately appointed a representative to be responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality System, and is therefore responsible for its effectiveness. Conclusions: The SIEF is proceeding overall threshold of 19%, on the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. We defined quality policies laid down the process map, and established the documentation required by the competent.
