Investigative Journalism has not been done inside media companies anymore. They do not provide conditions necessary to sustain this activity for monitoring and control of policy power in a society. Both radio, like television, such as print, have been cornered by fall of advertising investment, incessant rise of price of paper as raw material, and displaced by arrival of telephone operators as new owners of communication news channel. Managers of traditional media have been forced to make budget cuts. However, nonprofit organizations has initiated recovery of investigative journalism. The aim of this work is to make a compilation of six major U.S. efforts by providing resources to investigative journalism. I try to describes their ways to get money, but also identifies its risks.

The article begins with a look at the winning formula in last year's U.S. Presidential elections, in particular at the fact that the victors were two young men who prevailed through the fierce questioning of a generation which, despite being the most prosperous in the United States, still managed to doubt the injustices and failings of their society and their country's foreigns policy. It then gives a brief, historical account of the evolution of the US political system; the rise of the new right and the reaction to it: Clinton's victory. The final part of this study deals with our won situation: our inability to judge the international situation. In addition, the author examines our own historical authoritarian tendency which makes fruitful relations with our northern neighbour more difficult.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the background of the negotiation and signing of an ambitious Multilateral Trade Agreement – TPP, whose purpose was to establish a commercial zone between Southeast Asian countries and countries of the Americas, which together represent approximately 40% of the world economy with a population of around 800 million people. El presente Informe de Ingeniería, se realizó con la aplicación de todas las teorías sobre parámetros hidrológicos y muy específicamente diseño hidráulico y estructural de Bocatomas y sistemas de riego. The article tries to illustrate how the debate on the right to euthanasia can be rethought in the post-Covid society. It is claimed that the legalization of euthanasia generates a risk to the life and integrity of the people who are granted the right to die, the patients with a severe chronic disease. The pandemic has highlighted the enormous vulnerability of these patients in the exercise of their right to health protection and the need for more effective legal protection for their lives. Similarly, the health crisis allows us to re-dimension the real demands of the hypothetical recipients of the new Euthanasia’s law, and these have less to do with the right to death than with the right to life and equal access to available medical treatment.

Latin America´s historical migration to North America has es- tablished a deep cultural, economic and political bond between Mexico and US, by means of institutional discursive process in each new North-American government. The candidate Donald Trump proposed the construction of a border wall during his electoral campaign, with the purpose of stopping Mexican migration, drug trafficking and transboundary criminals. In the U.S. legal context, psychoanalysis is viewed by most scholars (and most judges) as outdated, even unscientific, and there is little room for psychoanalytic expertise in U.S. courts of law. However, there are some scholars who continue to do theoretical work in the conventional Freudian tradition, as well as numerous critical legal theorists who have appropriated the psychoanalytic conceptions of Jacques Lacan in their critiques of the law. This is a brief survey of how these scholars conceive of the law in psychoanalytic terms. Is it the judge being analyzed? Is it the lawyers, or the law students? We propose to consider different aspects that also result important ones in human beings for a good process of teaching - learning. Actually, the new discipline called neuroeducation are nurturing us of a lot of contents which help to all teachers to comprehend these processes and regard on several situations of one person. We do not focus on education only in school even without contents which are proposed in class. Now, we must expand our vision in relation to the student, the social and familiar environment. What and how others factors are really involved with the student since our position as teachers, however, we are responsible and engaged to provide an integral and transversal education, that generate as an outcome: individuals of integrity, independence, intelligence, and with a high ability of solving problems.

This document attempts to evaluate the strength and weaknesses of the Peruvian economy when facing external shocks, specifically a contraction in the US output. For this purpose, an analysis of the vulnerabilities’ sources is made through the revision of relevant indicators; after that, the main transmission channels are raised and an econometric exercise using the structural vector autoregressive methodology is developed to simulate the effects of a shock in US economy. The main conclusion is that even though the country shows an important strengthening in many relevant aspects such as financial strength indicators and export diversification, in its position of a small and open economy, it remains exposed to external shocks. In addition, it emphasizes the role of education and teachers as agents of change to improve the situation and try to regain joy and hope in addition to going to learn at school, assist to properly link us and be happy. The work is divided into 5 points as sections: a. introduction; b. present problems; c. what we should promote; d. to bring out the best in us; e. conclusion: regaining hope.
