The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. Given the importance of family businesses in the economy of different countries, and the scope of these only 10% to the third generation, it is necessary to identify the main factors that affect the continuity of this type of companies. For this, it is necessary to review the literature in this regard, in order to identify the main factors that should be considered in the continuity of family businesses. In this respect the main topics proposed by leading researchers at an international level have been analyzed, and applied in the case of family businesses in Peru. It is a descriptive investigation based on documentary research. At the final part of the thesis, the main factors that should be considered in the continuity of family businesses will be identified.

En este trabajo se investiga la noción de imparcialidad mutua para mediciones de grano grueso en sistemas cuánticos con variables continuas. Se muestra que mientras que el procedimiento estándar de granulación gruesa rompe la imparcialidad mutua entre variables conjugadas, dicha imparcialidad puede, en cambio, establecerse teóricamente y observarse experimental- mente con granulación gruesa periódica. Se exhiben los resultados predichos mediante un experimento óptico que implementa la difracción de Fraunhofer a través de una red de difracción periódica, encontrándose excelente acuerdo con la teoría. Nuestros resultados representan un avance importante en el desarrollo de una conexión formal entre la mecánica cuántica de variable discreta y la de variable continua.

It is proposed that Organizational Psychologists could provide professional services to facilitate such changes from the perspective of three methodologies: Design Thinking (PDD), Employee Experience Design (DEx), and Appreciative Inquiry (IA), and two strategies for the development of adaptive resources of workers: Promoting Learning and providing Coaching and Psychological Counseling. The document is aimed primarily at students interested in Organizational Psychology, and those who manage diplomas and masters in this area. In addition, information is included that could be useful to Educational Psychologists.

The following research was developed aiming at knowing if the formulation of inferential questions improves the understanding of continued texts at a private institute in Lima. This is an quantitative approach inquiry, with quasi-experimental design, (people in the control and experimental group were not assigned randomly and were not paired due to the fact that the groups were already formed. A cloud-native application is a software specifically designed to run in the cloud, focusing on distributed, elastic, horizontally scaled, and microservice-based architecture with autonomous deployment. These applications are designed with cloud-native web architectures, operate on an elastic self-service platform, and stand out because of their resilience and elasticity. Continuous software engineering integrates requirements engineering, development, and operations in a continuous loop with reciprocal feedback to produce quality software. The present work proposes to design and implement a cloud-native application applied to the SIGCON case study from a continuous software engineering perspective. It uses the CaaS cloud service model, applies the BFF pattern in software construction, containerizes the frontend, backend, and storage, and presents the results.

Following almost three decades of political instability, economic uncertainty, and activist diplomacy, President Alberto Fujimori in the early 1990s returned a degree of economic and political stability to Peru. To restore the international standing of Peru, he also reoriented Peruvian foreign policy, modifying its direction, content, and tone. In the new millennium, successive Peruvian governments, from Alejandro Toledo to Ollanta Humala, have built on the initiatives introduced by Fujimori with a focus on traditional concerns, including sovereignty, territorial integrity, economic independence, regionalism, and continental solidarity. Notable for both continuity and coherence, Peruvian foreign policy after 2000 also evidenced a degree of pragmatism when an increasingly complex world called for new solutions to old problems.
