Class III malocclusion is the most complex to diagnose and treat, during the child’s growth is one of the most difficult challenges that the orthodontist can be found either in deciduous dentition, early mixed, late mixed or permanent. The goal of treatment of Class III malocclusion in primary dentition is to achieve a favorable environment for a better dentofacial development so this should be treated just malocclusion is diagnosed. In this article the case of a girl of 5 years 6 months with a skeletal class III malocclusion, negative overjet, 80% overbite, normodivergent pattern, is reported.

Hyperdivergent Skeletal Class II malocclusion is one of the most difficult to treat due to the different components involved in this type of malocclusion, whether due to maxillary or mandibular involvement or both. The objective of this review is to update the knowledge on how the occlusal plane influences the anticlockwise rotation of the mandible, which is a key point in the successful treatment of hyperdivergent skeletal Class II malocclusion due to mandibular retrusion. La inferencia de redes de interacción de genes a partir de perfiles de expresión es un problema importante investigado en biología sistémica, siendo considerado un problema abierto. En este trabajo, el problema de agrupamiento de instancias fue formulado como un problema de búsqueda en el reticulado de particiones, además de formular estrategias de búsqueda en este reticulado en base a información a priori (por ejemplo: que una red de genes tiende a estar compuesta principalmente por funciones y canalizaciones). This case report presents the application of clear aligners to correct crowding in a patient with Class II malocclusion. Traditionally, orthodontics has been used fixed appliances to treat these malocclusions, but technological advances have allowed the use of aligners as a functional and aesthetic alternative. This study describes the case of a 26-year-old female patient who received treatment with aligners in the lower jaw. The treatment focused on correcting the lower crowding, improving the gear of the teeth on the left side, correcting the Class II canine relationship on the same side, and adjusting the inclination of the lower left second molar. The case demonstrates the effectiveness of aligners in managing crowding and improving occlusal gear.
