The present work analyzes the theme of the Real Estate transfer system in Peru, from the perspective of legal certainty involved in legal transactions, governed by the regulations of the Civil Code in more than 36 years that it has been in force. The article 949° of The Peruvian Civil Code, describes the principle of consent for the development of Real Estate transfer, stating that ¨The sole obligation to dispose a specific property, makes the creditor the owner of it, unless otherwise stipulated or agreed¨. In this sense, the approach of the present work is focused on what legal certainty this system may offer, beyond the work in the field of the transfer system; it also proposes new perspectives that could provide greater legal certainty in Real Estate trade, increasingly growing in our country in recent years.

Original abstract: We explore the small-scale spatial and temporal transferability of model parameters between two points in the ablation zone of tropical Glaciar Shallap, Cordillera Blanca, Peru (9°S, -77° W; ~4800 m a.s.l.) in order to provide a robust assessment of the performance of a process-based glacier mass-balance model. Relative surface height change is calculated at hourly time-steps, and cumulative values are compared to surface height measurements made at irregular intervals (14–64 days) over the course of two continuous hydrological years (August 2006–August 2008). Chirikyacu, Chunchiwi, and Chirik Sacha, located in the San Martin region (Peru), are indigenous communities affiliated with the National Program of Forest Conservation for Climate Change Mitigation. The three communities approved the implementation of the Conditional Direct Transfer Mechanism (TDC, acronym in Spanish) as a financial tool for primary forest conservation. In this article, the authors highlight the importance of setting the price of shares as a preliminary step for transferring them in the context of corporate mergers and acquisitions.To this end, they analyze the different mechanisms available to the parties to make a price adjustment that makes the valuation reasonable, proportional, and durable. Finally, it is discussed which of these mechanisms is more convenient and efficient for the buyers and sellers, considering the particularities of each one of them.

Optimiza el desempeño en la clasificación de imágenes dermatoscópicas en 7 tipos de lesiones mediante el uso de redes neuronales convolucionales profundas con transfer learning, congelamiento de capa óptima y ensamblado. La visión computacional y las redes neuronales convolucionales profundas han tenido un impacto significativo en la actividad médica, siendo utilizadas para el diagnóstico de enfermedades mediante imágenes y detección de patrones. The present article exposes the development of the research on the modeling of the windings of a power transformer to determine and analyze the transient voltages transferred to the secondary winding when an atmospheric impulse voltage is applied to the primary winding. Each winding is modeled considering its geometric and constructive form by means of concentrated electrical parameters - Resistance, Dielectric Conductance, Series Capacitances, Earth Capacitance, Inductiveness and Mutual Inductance - calculated with conventional formulations, which are incorporated into an integral model of the windings that explains his behavior in front of surges. The present article analyzes the integration of Psychoanalysis contributions, Logotherapy and Philosophy in the clinical area. An exhaustive bibliographical review was carried out adopting a critical perspective, and as primary sources, Freud, Frankl, several philosophers and psychoanalyst authors as well as existentialists’ works were analized. The main conclusions are that since a particular idea of a man and going towards the transfer concept, it is revealed that the integration among Psychoanalysis, Logotherapy and Philosophy is not only possible but vitally necessary. On the other hand, the man, so different in their essence, will need multiple approaches and integrators to reach mental health.

In this article, the author develops the complex figure of the international transfer of the corporate domicile. For this purpose, he explains, first, some preliminary concepts regarding the applicable law at the international and national level of the so-called international redomiciliation and its integral elements. After that, the author analyzes the implications and reasons that lead to a cross-border transformation of companies, as well as the legal treatment it receives in the law of the European Union. Finally, this leads the author to develop a vast comparative law analysis between the mentioned regime and the Peruvian one, where the examination of the European jurisprudence regarding this figure abounds.
