La presente investigación examina la influencia de la capacidad de absorción y la motivación por el aprendizaje en el proceso de adquisición de conocimiento en estudiantes de instituciones de educación superior y posteriormente evalúa su efecto en la transferencia de conocimiento en las empresas donde laboran los estudiantes. Adicionalmente, se estudia el posible efecto moderador de las habilidades sociales de los estudiantes y el nivel de autonomía laboral que disfrutan en su entorno laboral, ideales para mejorar las condiciones de transferencia de conocimiento en el contexto del teletrabajo. This article discusses the historical trajectory of educational assessment in the Brazilian academic scenario, pointing out the influence of American literature on the Brazilian scientific production, its models break as well as the efforts in order to construct a theory and a practical assessment applied to the Brazilian reality. It supports the hypothesis that educational evaluation is still an area of knowledge that is in process of setting up and strengthening in the country, the last two decades enabled them to overcome the named «cultural transfer» in the field of scientific production, allowing the constitution and hegemony of an approach grounded on a emancipatory political-pedagogical character in the scientific community

In this article, the author analyzes the distribution of functions between SuSalud and Indecopi, regarding the mandates of Legislative Decree 1158. In particular, the author addresses the functions of administrative regulation related to infractions in the provision of health services by the private sector in our national scope.This is done taking into account considerations that are inherent to a fundamental right as the right to health, which implies an active duty for the State as a whole. This is the reason why intense criticisms are raised about the way in which the distribution of functions has been regulated among public administration bodies, through confusing rules that signifi cantly increase the costs faced by consumers to present their complaints.

In order to analyze transferibility of 15 microsatellite primers from Fabaceae family to Lupinus mutabilis Sweet "andean lupine" chosen to present transferability between species and genera, by its high rate of polymorphic content (PIC) and high degree of observed and expected heterozygosity. DNA was extracted of 300 andean lupines plants, PCR conditions were standardized by gradients of master mix components. Primers for screening were run on 3% agarose gel with some samples. Finally population was amplified and run on 6% polyacrylamide gel for its highest resolution. Only 6.67% of primers were amplified, but they were monomorphic, so they cannot be used for molecular characterization. We proposed eight microsatellite primers for andean lupin wich should be probed in laboratory conditions.

Peruvian Muskovy duck (Cairina moschata domestica) is one of the most economically important species in human nutrition. Duck species form complex genetic groups which are difficult to recognize, thus the use microsatellite markers (SSRs) identified already in Anas platyrhynchos (related species), represents a very attractive option for its cheapness and usefulness for solving issues related to conservation of genomic diversity, gene flow and hybridization between population. We assess the effects of JUNTOS, a conditional cash transfer program targeted to poor rural households in Peru, on the utilization of prena-tal health care by women exposed to the program during their most recent pregnancy. We implement a difference-in-differences estima-tion technique to uncover the effects of JUNTOS on the utilization of prenatal health care, the quality of prenatal health care, utilization of health care at birth, and obstetric complications at birth. We use data from the publicly available Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) from the period 2000-2014. Our results suggest that the pro-gram has increased prenatal health care utilization. Even more salient, our results also suggest an improvement in the quality of health care received and a reduction of obstetric complications at birth.

Innovation and technological change play a role in dynamizing productive development processes aimed at increasing general welfare in the imaginaries of current Latin American public policies. However, there is a divide between publicly funded R&D and production, circulation, distribution, and consumption strategies aimed at meeting local social and environmental needs.Based on the analysis of the socio-techno-cognitive dynamics deployed in the case of the Yogurito Escolar program (Argentina), this paper examines the problems of technology transfer schemes and proposes a range of alternatives for designing public R&D strategies that promote inclusive development processes.

Chirikyacu, Chunchiwi, and Chirik Sacha, located in the San Martin region (Peru), are indigenous communities affiliated with the National Program of Forest Conservation for Climate Change Mitigation. The three communities approved the implementation of the Conditional Direct Transfer Mechanism (TDC, acronym in Spanish) as a financial tool for primary forest conservation. This research characterizes the participation of the beneficiaries from the type of involvement and participation size along the TDC execution, identifying drivers that facilitate and limit the participation of the beneficiaries’ minority.Minorities, as in any society, have access to fewer opportunities.
