Objective: The objective was to propose and develop the project arquitectonic Infraestructure Comprehensive Instruction for the Mounted Police of Peru, with the aim of enabling the optimization of the levels of service quality educational institution for its members; likewise by this optimization improved quality of community service is channeled. Peru has undergone significant economic growth, but inequality between different groups still exists. In order to improve the training of professionals in Peruvian regions, the Master’s Program in Community Psychology at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú has developed different training programs in Cusco, Ayacucho and Huancavelica. These are excluded regions affected by social violence due to past conflict. This article describes and analyzes the characteristics and the impact of training programs on participants and the population. Furthermore, this article reflects on how to develop vocational training to foster and recreate knowledge in a way that avoids reproducing relations of domination. The con tribution of Community Psychology is highlighted, as well as the professional, political and personal training in Community Psychology.

Programs designed for teachers’ training should prepare them to attend to the needs of talented/gifted students in their classrooms. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether future teachers had sufficient knowledge to attend the talented/gifted students. The sample consisted of 170 undergraduate students (145 women, 25 men), who were enrolled in teachers’ preparation courses in 2 private and 3 state universities in Brazil. A questionnaire with six open questions about talent/giftedness was administered in a group setting, and answers were classified by content analysis. The research aimed to understand how students, future teachers in the Teaching and Bachelor's programs in Early Education, perceived themselves in relation to digital agency, i.e., the ability to adapt to a digital world, after participating in an educational experience mediated by the use of Empowerment and Participation Technologies, specifically quick response codes. Based on the andragogical characteristics, this thesis explains the andragogical principles, the importance of adult education, the difference between learning and teaching of children and adults, the characteristics of adults and learning methodological strategies for the effective training of miners. This study examines training practices in Bogotá’s hotel sector, focusing on developing technical and interpersonal competencies and adapting them to sustainable practices and technologies. Through interviews and proposal analysis, areas for improvement are identified, such as implementing continuous feedback and recognition systems to motivate and retain staff. Key findings highlight the importance of interpersonal skills in optimising the guest experience and training in sustainability and digital tools management. The article proposes establishing an internal training school for continuous, specialised development and suggests partnerships with educational institutions to strengthen training programs, improve service quality, and meet modern customer expectations. These strategies would contribute to greater competitiveness and sustainability in Colombia’s hotel sector.

To test this hypothesis, we conducted an experimental evaluation using a randomized controlled trial in a Peruvian company advertising services to verify that, providing training intervention based on technologies of e -learning of second generation that is suited to the capabilities care and busy work schedule of employees of SMEs, the understanding of the content of training and labor productivity is increased.
