Ante los desafíos del mundo globalizado, investigaciones recientes sugieren que la identificación con la humanidad tiene bases socio-afectivas y es impulsada con la celebración de rituales colectivos que promueven la benevolencia y universalismo. Este trabajo analiza la relación de una emoción de auto-trascendencia (Awe) vivida en encuentros colectivos locales con la identidad humana. Los resultados de ecuaciones estructurales a partir de un estudio transversal realizado en México y el País Vasco (N = 656) muestra que estas emociones incrementan la identificación con la humanidad, el bienestar (directamente) y también la conducta prosocial (de manera indirecta). Además, la intensidad de esta emoción también predice positivamente la percepción de sincronía emocional aun controlando por tendencias más estables de personalidad. The research was carried out in an industrial production and packaging export company of Concholepas concholepas located in the city of Tacna, Peru. Two quality variables that have relevance in the final product were determined, the volume of the container and the percentage proportion of proteins in the unit. After that, the means end analisys diagram was finished, for the variable volume in 452,356 g as average of the process, with upper control limits of 454,514 g and lower limit of 450,198 g. In regard to its range, the central line or average of the range was established at 3.74167 g with an upper control limit of 7.91171 g and a lower limit of 0.0 g. Language is a natural psychological phenomenon, indispensable to all humans in society. This article presents the theoretical foundations on communication in process quality management, bringing studies dealing with communication and ISO 9001:2000 management, aiming at investigating how these variables have been perceived in organizations. The importance of the steps that should permeate the communication process is highlighted through published research, concluding on the need for studies that demonstrate the importance of subjectivity in the communication process, a present phenomenon in any interpersonal relationship.

In this work we critically approach the figure of the illicit association from a double perspective: historical and constitutional, questioning its theoretical foundations and its jurisprudential use. The article seeks to establish, to some extent, the concepts of the teaching that faculty handles. Also, it tries to demystify some “truths” and stereotypes about teaching and that some sectors of the university teachers are still expressing. It also stresses the fact that for exercise teaching it is required a prior preparation since the intuitive education now is not only inappropriate but even dangerous. University teachers need a double profession: the profession itself and that provided by specific teacher preparation for aspects of teaching and pedagogy. Finally, it clearly differentiates the various levels of intervention in the classroom: the presentation, the giving of classes and teaching, stating clearly that to give classes and teaching is not the same thing. The first is often amateurish work obliged and the second is effective and illustrated expertise.

We show the results of the teaching-learning experience of the Math 'Level 0' course given to the freshers at UPC who do not pass the Math 'Level Exam'. The work was based on the feedback of the learning process and it was done at the same time that the university 'methodology of competencies' was being applied. The difference was based on the feedback given on each class based on evaluations that measured their cognitive and 'procedural knowledge'(part calculus and modelling of everyday situations). The comparison with the results obtained at the end of the week in general evaluations (common for each class) were positive, which encouraged us to keep up this learning process by common agreement.At the end of the course when comparisons between each class were made we saw that 70% passed the course due to applying this methodology. The mathematical relationships obtained denote the complexity of the operation in the leached and adsorbed gold stage on activated carbon; since significant losses of gold in solution occur in real metallurgical operations. Similarly, in the adsorbed gold operation, it reveals its high kinetics at the beginning and tends to decrease as the process progresses; eventually reaching the maximum gold load that the carbon can accommodate, and then showing the opposite trend. Furthermore, varying the concentration of carbon affects the adsorption operation; that is, the kinetics of gold adsorbed on carbon decreases over time, but the operation has higher kinetics with a larger volume of carbon during adsorption.
