This article reviews common psychiatric entities and clinical perspectives during times of crisis, analyzing their impacton mental health. Crises, categorized as pandemics, natural disasters, armed conflicts, and economic crises, significantlyincrease the prevalence of mental disorders and exacerbate preexisting conditions, posing challenges to the outreach andpossibilities of mental health systems. The COVID-19 pandemic, for instance, has led to increased psychiatric hospitalizationsamong children and adolescents due to excessive use of digital media. The research aims to relate the characteristics of the management and organizational capacity of the Peruvian university with the level of educational inclusion of students with hearing disabilities. A cross-sectional correlational design was used and a descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was carried out of the results of the Inclusive Educational Environment (3E + I) questionnaire, which was applied to a random sample of two groups of students (a group with disabilities and another without disabilities). The instrument was validated by means of a previous pilot test whose Cronbach’s alpha reliability index was 0.920. The results showed an inverse negative correlation between the perceptions of the clusters. Canada’s experience in the war against terrorism goes back to the seventies, and continues to develop nowadays, with the last direct terrorist activity in 2017. The Canadian Government reacted to these terrorist attacks by enacting a number of statutes that reflect a changing international paradigm in relation to the fight against terrorism. Fundamental rights and liberties such as the freedom of expression, the right to private life and to personal freedom have been curtailed by these legislative measures. The practical consequences of these measures are analyzed via a comparative examination of the Inter-American System of Human Rights. In general terms, the war against terrorism produces significant impacts over the human rights.

The demand of the next media professional requires knowledge, deepening and practice to offset the presence of interested and intruder sources, which annul the role of the Fashion Journalist. This investigation is based on aspects like the lack of fashion specialized journalists formation, the lack of quality inside the journalistic texts and also the perspectives of new companies and work inside the Fashion Communication sector. The content analysis based on the VAP Tool (Value Added Journalism) that measures the quality of the information and also the making of personal interviews directed to specialized fashion sources that composes the methodological corpus of the investigation.

We propose an analysis of the relationships with otherness that nonhumans and the forest as a living entity establish with the Llanchama Runa of the Tiputini River in the Ecuadorian Amazon. In order to develop this proposal, we have collected three stories that were shared with us during our fieldwork and that narrate experiential encounters between human and non-human beings, with special attention to the notions of time and space in which they occurred. We confront our data with the perspectivist theory and relational ontologies to delve into the particular ways in which humans face the crossings of perspective and into the figure of the shaman as a mediator and restorer of everyday life when it is disturbed bythe predatory attempts of non-human entities. It is often conceived not as the place where the person is loved on his own, but as the "power struggles" between his members, especially between woman and man. The present document is based on the coverage made by the digital press of two foreign media, El País and The New York Times, and the local media El Comercio on the humanitarian pardon granted to Alberto Fujimori by then President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski in December 2017. Such event generated significant convulsion in the public opinion, since the news was announced days after the president had been saved from vacancy due to the support of Kenji Fujimori, son of the prisoner, generating suspicions of negotiation between the parties. In a health crisis context, the sole local entity responsible for promoting citizen participation in educational management, the Consejo Participativo Local de Educación (Copale), is inactive. We take this finding as a starting point to explore communication and participation approaches in the educational management of a community in Mórrope, a district situated in northern Peru, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Employing a phenomenological-qualitative approach through interviews and documentary analysis, processes of unregulated natural participation and communicative interactions were revealed, showcasing optimistic scenarios. In times of disinformation and excessive distraction, investing in better facts on health technology assessment (HTA) will enable more active actions rather than reactive to the market dynamics.
