Thirty-two semen samples from four rams were frozed using two antioxidants, Tempo (2,2,6,6 tetramethyl-1-piperidinyloxyl) and Tempol (4-hidroxi 2,2,6,6 tetramethyl-1- piperidinyloxyl), each one in concentrations of 0.5, 1.0, and 2.5 mM, to evaluate the effects on post-thawing motility, viability, acrosomal integrity, and earlier sperm capacitation. Eight replications for each antioxidant concentration and control group, were done using four semen samples per replication. Semen samples were diluted on a Tris extender. Results showed that Tempo 0.5 mM improved frozen semen quality in comparison with control group (p<0.05), by increasing progresive motility (79 vs. 67%), viability and acrosomal integrity (70 vs. 58%), and decreasing earlier sperm capacitation (9 vs. 15%). Se emplearon 32 muestras de semen procedentes de cuatro ovinos a fin de ser criopreservadas con la adición dos antioxidantes: Tempo (2,2,6,6 tetrametil-1-piperidiniloxil) y Tempol (4-hidroxi 2,2,6,6 tetrametil-1-piperidiniloxil), en concentraciones de 0.5, 1.0 y 2.5 mM, para evaluar el efecto postdescongelamiento que pudieran tener sobre la motilidad progresiva, la viabilidad e integridad acrosomal y la capacitación espermática prematura. Objective: to identify the structural relationships between affective and cognitive attributes considered at different times of performance in two tasks of academic skills. El término “timing” es comúnmente utilizado en la formación actoral y el trabajo escénico; no obstante, su concepto no ha sido sistematizado bajo la denominación mencionada. Por ende, no se explica a los actores y actrices cómo llegar a obtenerlo. Por lo tanto, con esta investigación, se propone un concepto de timing y se busca sistematizar un entrenamiento del mismo, mediante el género musical jazz y lo propuesto por Jacques Lecoq en la máscara neutra. This study investigates creativity and the creative process in Advertising Agencies in Brazil. The objective was to identify how the Copywriter and the Art Director operate strategies aimed at brainstorming in the ideation of advertising campaigns to reach insight. A qualitative study was carried out through semi-structured interviews designed based on the literature, applied to advertising who work in the areas. The study of Multiple Cases was used being the analysis of the collected data elaborated through the technique of content analysis based on Bardin (2010) and structured in the ATLAS.ti software. In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, economies are shutting down and paralyzed, and societies are facing rigid health measures such as social isolation, with its own effects, e.g., the suspension of face-to-face classes (which is a necessary protective measure for all students and teachers). We are living in uncertain times and we do not have an answer for everything, but the acceleration of virtualization is evident. This phenomenon has made it possible to sustain personal communications, entertainment activities at home and, in education, infodemia is expanding, with a heterogeneity of information through virtual and technological resources available for the teaching-learning process; however, unequal access has revealed the deep inequality that exists among students (Gallo, 2020), with a high digital gap between the richest and poorest quintiles.

Objective. To implement a Computer System to optimize the attendance control process of students of School of Systems and Computer Engineering from the Department of Engineering of Universidad de Huanuco, 2018. El artículo tiene como objetivo analizar las metáforas que emplean directoras y docentes de dos instituciones educativas sobre la organización escolar. La investigación se abordó desde un enfoque cualitativo. Una de las conclusiones que arrojó es que en ambas instituciones educativas se considera la organización como el garante y vigilante del aprendizaje de los estudiantes y del desarrollo profesional de docentes y directivos; y que las metáforas empleadas para explicar la realidad escolar dan cuenta de la organización de la institución educativa, del profesorado, de los directivos y de los tiempos de desarrollo de los distintos procesos.

O artigo tem como objetivo analisar as metáforas utilizadas por diretores e professores de duas instituições de ensino sobre a organização escolar. A abordagem da pesquisa foi qualitativa. Uma das conclusões a que se chegou é que em ambas as instituições de ensino a organização é considerada como garantidora e guardiã da aprendizagem dos alunos e do desenvolvimento profissional de professores e gestores; e que as metáforas utilizadas para explicar a realidade escolar dão conta da organização da instituição de ensino, dos professores, dos gestores e dos tempos de desenvolvimento dos diferentes processos.

The education of programming has between its main objectives, the development and the formation of skills on the part of the students, who make possible the resolution of problems of the school, professional or of the practical life taking into account the different resources that offer the languages of programming. In the training course of computer teachers, this process has some characteristics that distinguish it. The teachers to be must develop the skill and at the same time to appropriate of the necessary procedures to direct this process in the school. The main aim of this exploratory and pre-experimental study is to establish the variations in the distribution of visual attention of translators in training during a reading task with Specialized Extensive Nominal Phrases (hereinafter SNEE). To achieve this goal, a case study was conducted with four translators in training who had to read 10 contexts of a Human Genome corpus that contains SNEE of three and five tokens. Data collection was performed through the eye movement technique and a Likert scale-type questionnaire. The results of this study showed that the distribution of the visual attention of the translators in training presented variations according to the length of the SNEE. A proposal for multidisciplinary intervention that joins two modules: one for arts (musical, corporal, visual, and plastic education) and another for sciences (mathematics, and experimental and social sciences). The intervention stems from a generating idea—the book “Alice in Wonderland”—which allows for connections between the contents of the modules, involves co-teaching, multidisciplinary work, and shared evaluation experiences.
