This paper shows the advantages of the Scorecard Project System as a computer integrated tool to simplify, speed up and streamline the design and monitoring of diagnosis studies, plans and projects included in a strategic view to reach sustainable development. The paper shows the characteristics and advantages of each such tool and establishes their sequence in the feedback cycle for territorial management, whether peasant communities, local governments, regional governments of companies with a social responsibility mission.

Today we can find different critical systems in different fields such as health, military, space, security, etc., where the lives and economy of many people are in danger due to the consequences that may arise from a failure in these systems. For this reason, it is essential to identify, analyze and treat the risks related to critical systems projects and typical risk management processes. In this article, we show and explore different techniques and models applied in different environments, such as medicine and the military field, recognizing concepts and similarities in critical systems and risk management. Finally, determining that there are no defined methodologies for risk management in these systems, in many cases necessary to apply hybrid and dynamic options.

Regarding two rural electrification projects with electrical energy of photovoltaic origin developed by the CER-UNI for the DEP-MEM between October 1999 and July 2000, which essentially meant the installation of 123 and 658 Home Photovoltaic Systems (SFD). The little regulation existing in our country regarding construction highlights the fact of the existence of a great deficiency in the design as in the execution of the same. One of the affected components and the one dealt with in this article are the reinforced concrete stairway systems, systems that are not very valued but are of vital importance in a building, which present a design flaw due to various factors, for which purpose a software that analyzes and designs various systems of reinforced concrete stairs in order to implement it in various projects. Mining concessions are subject to the fulfillment of liabilities by their owners based on ground for revocation, known as «expiration», as part of mining rights systems. The recent evolution of these liabilities and their focus as part of the conditions offered by the country for investment are analyzed by the author. To do this, the author conduct a review about the changes taken place in 1991 and 2008 mainly, as well as provides the elements to analyze the appropriateness of modifications or its flexibility. The tables used in the explanation constitutes a contribution, which were used by the author in conferences and due diligence for mining projects, as well as the consideration of both elements in the analysis of doctrine and real application of these concepts under the system of Peru.

Esta investigación, se enfoca en la mejora del cumplimiento de entregables en proyectos de ingeniería para empresas consultoras mineras en Lima, Perú. La investigación se centra en la aplicación de la metodología del "Last Planner System" (LPS) como una solución efectiva para abordar la problemática identificada. A través de encuestas a gestores de proyectos y la validación de la metodología en la empresa referenciada en la investigación, se identificaron desafíos en la programación de actividades, donde el cumplimiento de entregables en proyectos mineros era inferior al 50%. La implementación exitosa de la metodología en un proyecto específico demostró un aumento sustancial en el cumplimiento de entregables, alcanzando un 63% en el Porcentaje de Programa Cumplido (PPC). This research aims to develop a simulation model, for the operation of hydraulic and hydrological system of the Rima-Santa Eulalia River basin that includes the H. P. Huanza project now in construction, with purposes of power generation, water supply for agricultural use and drink water for population of Lima and Callao. The hydraulic system is formed by hydroelectric EDEGEL S.A. that operate using the regulated and unregulated flow of the Santa Eulalia river basin, Rímac river basin, Marcapomacocha Lake watershed and flows into the tunnel Trasandino infiltrators. Actualmente se tiene muchas deficiencias en la planificación y programación de proyectos de construcción de redes externas de gas natural en tuberías de polietileno. Según una encuesta realizada al personal que actualmente labora en el rubro, mencionan que estas deficiencias son ocasionadas por falta de coordinación entre equipos y cambios constantes en el plan. Así mismo, esto ocasiona retrasos y aumento de costos. Para verificar ello, se recurrió al análisis de tres proyectos en tiempo y costo.
