This paper shows the advantages of the Scorecard Project System as a computer integrated tool to simplify, speed up and streamline the design and monitoring of diagnosis studies, plans and projects included in a strategic view to reach sustainable development. The paper shows the characteristics and advantages of each such tool and establishes their sequence in the feedback cycle for territorial management, whether peasant communities, local governments, regional governments of companies with a social responsibility mission.

Today we can find different critical systems in different fields such as health, military, space, security, etc., where the lives and economy of many people are in danger due to the consequences that may arise from a failure in these systems. For this reason, it is essential to identify, analyze and treat the risks related to critical systems projects and typical risk management processes. In this article, we show and explore different techniques and models applied in different environments, such as medicine and the military field, recognizing concepts and similarities in critical systems and risk management. Finally, determining that there are no defined methodologies for risk management in these systems, in many cases necessary to apply hybrid and dynamic options.

This article describes the analysis made about the level of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions mainly generated by domestic electric energy consumption and wastes produced by households. A district zoning was also made through a cluster analysis according to various characteristics of interest. The results of the statistical processing, estimation, projections, data gathering, among others, were shown in an information system specially elaborated for that purpose and in this system thresholds were established as a reference for the generation of warning signals of CO2 high emission levels that were implemented in a digital tachometer inside the information pyramid proposed.

This article analyzes the content of students’ musical and creative activities in the field of music computer technologies (MCT) illustrated by the subject “Computer Music Creative Work.” The theoretical and experimental study led us to conclude that this course not only develops creative abilities but also establishes conditions for the comprehensive and harmonious development of students’ personalities.

This research project modeled and simulated a ventilation system at a Mining Concession, obtaining real-time information regarding the fans used to ventilate the mine. The simulation was developed using the VENTSIM 5 software, which also helped define the number of fans and the operating parameters required, field information, mine dimensions, the mining method, production, geothermal gradient, gas emission, air stream, and air pressure. In addition, the results from software operation revealed the need to open chimneys and use fans. Furthermore, the results also suggest that a specialist dedicated to ventilation and fan maintenance must be hired to formalize mining operations as per the Occupational Safety and Health Mining Regulations from Executive Action No. 024-2016-EM as this Mining Concession is currently operating without license.
