This work seeks to find the Most Valuable Researcher (MVR) within the academics of Faculties of Engineering and Business of a University in Chile, applying bibliometric indicators and collaboration networks. The methodology consisted in reviewing the literature referring to similar bibliometric studies from open databases, such as SciELO and Google Scholar. As a result of the study, a model was proposed based on the main bibliometric indicators used, with it was possible to filter the researchers from both faculties and establish a ranking with those academics with the best results and the current situation facing the research in each unit. In this article, the authors discuss how the implantation of an Early Warning System in construction contracts can generate the necessary incentives for the emergence of a paradigm shift in the field of project and work management: from a confrontational management toward a collaborative and efficient management. The authors analyze what are the elements, discuss the elements, benefits and conditions for the implementation of an Early Warning system.

En el presente artículo, los autores analizan cómo es que la implementación de un Sistema de Alerta Temprana en los contratos de construcción puede generar los incentivos necesarios para el surgimiento de un cambio de paradigma en el ámbito de la gestión de obras y proyectos: de una gestión confrontacional hacia una gestión colaborativa y eficiente.Bajo tal consigna, los autores analizan cuáles son los elementos, beneficios y condiciones para la implementación de un sistema de Alerta Temprana.

Los estereotipos de género representan un importante factor en la elección vocacional de las mujeres en Chile. Esto ha sido especialmente evidente en las carreras STEM, históricamente masculinizadas.
