Recent studies have separately analyzed the importance of inclusive innovation and knowledge management. This document provides a clear view of the characteristics of each variable and the links between them, so that each variable can be analyzed and summarized separately for each entrepreneur. The objective is to identify if there is a relationship between inclusive innovation through knowledge management, as demonstrated by the users of the Haku Wiñay project. This article analyze the promotion of the Peruvian economy from an Administrative Law perspective. Hereof, it describe the main regulations changes which have generated substantial variations in the process for obtaining several permits, such as environmental management intruments and easement rights, needed for the development of investment projects. In general, those changes are related to the reduction of the terms applicable for its obtainting and the elimination of bureaucracy.In this context, the easement right is one of the most important changes. Hence, its scope, classification, procedure for obtaining and contingencies arise from it are analyzed.Finally, the author proposes an improvent of the legal framework applicable to the easements for the development of mining projects in order to make it a secure way to boost country’s economy.

Considerando que los grandes proyectos de inversión de una empresa se financian con un porcentaje de recursos propios y otro porcentaje con recursos de terceros vía deudas, surgió la inquietud de analizar en el período de 1999 al 2010 si una empresa peruana que cotiza en la Bolsa de Valores de Lima mejoró sus oportunidades de inversión. Para esto se determinó el comportamiento de su costo promedio ponderado de capital (WACC: Weighted Average Cost of Capital).

El objetivo de esta investigación fue comprobar la viabilidad del plan de negocio Golden Project, que busca impulsar nuevos emprendimientos de los ciudadanos limeños, con el fin de respaldar la subsistencia de nuevas empresas en ejercicio con riesgo a su morbilidad. The gamitana is a fish native to the Amazon and Orinoco River basin, with a growing demand in Peru, especially in supermarkets and restaurants specializing in traditional Amazonian jungle cuisine, with an estimated demand of approximately 600 kilos per week, due to the product’s quality, homogeneous organoleptic properties, strict quality control, certifications and product auditing.The objectives of this study are to redefine the strategy and redesign the supply chain of Puñizas SAC, a familyrun company located in Junín dedicated to gamitana production and distribution to supermarkets and Amazonian restaurants in Lima, in order to add value to clients focused on product (gamitana) flow.

The objective of the intervention was to contribute to health equity, developing the healthy community of the Jardines de Manchay. For this, the students of the Public Health and Social Responsibility courses of the School of Veterinary Sciences of the Ricardo Palma University, together with the community, selected six problems to intervene. The methodology used was brainstorming, prioritizing problems, surveying families and selling projects developed in a logical framework. The most important results were the control of anemia through the consumption of eggs and the improvement of the general quality of life of its inhabitants. In conclusion, a healthy community has been established with equity results, which make it an organized community to face problems and seek the common good.
