El criterio vigente para enfrentar situaciones indeseadas es tomar decisiones en base a conceptos y paradigmas predefinidos, con lo que se “resuelve” un aspecto del problema, pero se genera fallas en otros aspectos, que devienen en problemas aún más graves que el original. La resolución de problemas se maneja a nivel estratégico y se requiere un enfoque novedoso para enfrentar los problemas estratégicos. Para esto, se emplea una matriz para la resolución de problemas complejos, el cual se construye mediante dos ejes cartesianos que definen cuatro dimensiones y cuatro campos de análisis. Esta herramienta permite analizar conjuntamente, la perspectiva del decisor en relación a su circunstancia de decisión.

El desempeño de diferentes estrategias para resolver colisiones en tablas hash sondeo lineal, sondeo cuadrático y listas enlazadas fue evaluado, junto con tres funciones hash no criptográficas de alto rendimiento: Fowler-Noll-Vo versión 1a de 32 y 64 bits, y xxHash de 64 bits, bajo criterios de eficiencia temporal y consumo de memoria. La metodología adoptó un enfoque aplicado y experimental que consideró múltiples configuraciones, variando tamaños de tabla y cargas de trabajo, para simular escenarios reales y complejos. The complexity of words can pose a limitation to the accessibility of information, which could affect millions of Spanish-speaking people. The objective of this study is to develop a machine learning model for the binary task of identifying complex words in Spanish, using next-generation embeddings, current linguistic resources, and lexical properties. To this end, the Spanish dataset from the CWI Shared Task 2018 was used, obtaining embeddings generated by the text-embedding-3-large model and word frequencies extracted from resources such as the Corpus del Español del Siglo XXI, the Corpus de Referencia del Español Actual, the Spanish Billion Word Corpus and Embeddings, and Wordfreq. Persons find it difficult to know, identify and understand legal provisions, which being abundant coexist with the fluctuating case law, the doctrine, among other legal cognitive inputs. In view of the foregoing, this research attempts to overcome the problem of the cognoscibility of law through two practical applications of artificial intelligence – expert informative and cognitive legal systems – with the aim of ensuring better conditions of access, identification and comprehension of the law, by all persons, to suitably channel their behaviors. This scenario manages to configure a new interaction between the legal information and the persons, to attain further knowledge of the law as an ideal condition of legal security.

This research paper addresses the improvement of accuracy in precipitation prediction in the city of Iquitos through the use of machine learning techniques. The central problem lies in the ineffectiveness of traditional methods for capturing complex rainfall patterns in the Amazon region. The objectives of the study include developing a predictive model using the RandomForestClassifier algorithm, analyzing historical weather data, and evaluating the accuracy of the model by comparing it with traditional methods. The methodology used is based on the collection and analysis of data provided by SENAMHI, followed by the implementation and validation of the predictive model. El presente trabajo analiza y desarrolla métodos avanzados para la separación de pistas musicales de audio digital, comparando técnicas tradicionales como la Transformada de Fourier de Corto Tiempo (STFT) y la Descomposición en Valores Singulares (SVD) con enfoques basados en Redes Neuronales Profundas (DNN). Las DNN demostraron superar significativamente a los métodos tradicionales en precisión, reducción de artefactos y adaptación a señales complejas. Los algoritmos basados en STFT y SVD fueron implementados en MATLAB, mostrando resultados aceptables en señales específicas, pero limitaciones en resolución tiempo-frecuencia y manejo de señales no estacionarias.
