The semiactive control devices that have received great attention in recent years are magnetorheological (MR) fluid dampers due to their mechanical simplicity, high dynamic range, large temperature operating range and low power requirements. In the present research work, an analytical model that evaluates the interaction between vibratory table and test structures, during seismic simulation tests is analyzed. The model under study is the one proposed by Esparza (1986), which represents the implementation of a controller by feedback of forces and displacement, with the purpose of expanding the study in vibratory tables that constitute crucial tools to analyze the performance of structures before seismic actions. The present report focuses on the behaviour of reinforced concrete structures under loads maintained constant in tinte. A procedure for combining linear short-time behaviour of concrete with nonlinear and linear creep functions is presented for analyzing plane franle structures. Creep produces stresses and strains redistribution over time in a reinforced concrete cross- section. In the case of statically indeterminate structures, this redistribution produces a variation in the final force diagrams. Also, creep relaxes induced stresses by a movement of a support with time as it is shown later. In comon structures, creep is more related to the control of defiexions, however. In recent decades, global capital ceased to be a system supported by the production of material goods, to become a sustained speculative system in a financialized world, where trust has become a tradable asset. What do we understand by a financialized world-system? How is the financialized world-system related to the theory of the coloniality of power? How does Aníbal Quijano's thinking impact the understanding of the increasingly accelerated changes in Latin America and the global south? Questions that try to unravel the changes that are interrelated with coloniality, dominance, racism, the power exercised not only factual but also symbolic and cultural, which continues to recreate the colonialized thought of the social subject, in addition, the decipherment of the epistemic of information to achieve the emancipation and structural independence that Latin America needs.

We propose a modification of the SLIAR (Susceptible- Latent-Symptomatic Infected- Asymptomatic- Recovered) mathematical-epidemiological model with vital dynamics. This model includes a vaccination control strategy, and a treatment to reduce the symptoms, also the symptomatic infected population is divided into two states according to its severity. The qualitative analysis shows the local stability of the disease-free equilibrium point and the endemic point. Simulations and the statistical sensitivity analysis are developed using a set of parameters for COVID-19, and we found that the transmission, recruitment, finally, vaccination rates are potential targets to control an outbreak.

Self-efficacy in students plays an essential role in their integral development, both in their training and in the academic field, particularly in relation to the confidence they have in their own abilities to communicate orally in different social contexts. The present research aims to demonstrate that the cooperative strategy called Structured Academic Controversy (CAE) favors the development of communicative self-efficacy in students of secondary level of Regular Basic Education in Peru. For this, a study was carried out with a quasi-experimental design, considering a specific sample of students (n=58), to whom a survey was applied to measure their level of oral communicative self-efficacy. This project begins with prenatal sensory stimulation in order to improve the baby´s quality of life, finding ways to manage the pregnant´s tranquility, returning better levels of emotional stability and controlling high levels of hormones related to stress which alter the organization of the baby´s neurological maturing, as well as contributing to produce well-being hormones which strengthen cerebral maturity. This also contributes to child formation at early ages developing his/her psychological maturing, taking into account the configuration of affections in the mother, the child, the couple as well as search of the family unity. Ash is a waste product of different commercial activities. For the paper industry, the disposal of this residue, which results from the combustion of the coal used in the production process, represents a problem. For this reason, its use in the production of concrete blocks has been evaluated. The objective of this study is to compare the thermographic response of industrially-manufactured, non-structural concrete blocks that have been prepared with this ash. Additionally, the mechanical behavior of the blocks is compared when the ash is replaced on a percentage basis with cement. Likewise, substitutions of 10, 20, 30 and 40% of ash for cement were made for blocks that were prepared in accordance with quality control requirements of a concrete block plant.
